Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Implementation Of After-school Sports Services In Primary Schools In Nanjing Under The "Double Reduction" Polic

How to reduce the burden of students in the compulsory education stage,the problem of young age of students’ myopia rate,the problem of students’ academic pressure and the excessive burden of off-campus education and training have been hot issues of general concern in society in recent years.In order to solve these problems,China has issued a lot of documents on education burden reduction,and in July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage",referred to as the "double reduction" policy,which is the strictest "burden reduction order".It is required to improve the quality of afterschool services,effectively implement various educational activities,meet the diverse needs of students,and carry out appropriate physical exercise,popular science,labor,reading,cultural and sports activities,etc.,to promote the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health.As part of after-school services,after-school sports services play an important role in enriching students’ sports activities,cultivating students’ interest in sports,promoting students’ healthy and happy growth,and alleviating the problem that parents cannot pick up students from school on time.Study the problems existing in the implementation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Nanjing under the "double reduction" policy,and put forward optimization countermeasures for the existing problems,so as to promote the high-quality development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Nanjing.This study aims at the research on the problems and countermeasures of the implementation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Nanjing under the "double reduction" policy,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,through questionnaire surveys and field interviews with students,parents,school leaders,teachers and coaches of thirdparty institutions in 8 primary schools in Nanjing,to grasp first-hand information and reflect the real situation.Through the investigation,it was found that there were the following problems in the implementation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Nanjing under the "double reduction" policy:(1)insufficient venue facilities,equipment and facilities,and potential safety hazards(2)insufficient teachers,large ratio of teachers and students(3)heavy work burden,limited professional development,and little teaching and research time to be solved urgently(4)insufficient funds for after-school sports services that could not meet actual needs(5)ignored the importance of family education(6)affected by the epidemic,large-scale projects,Primary school sports cannot be carried out(7)lack of perfect rules and regulations,and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,(8)there are few types of after-school sports service projects,which is difficult to meet the diversified development of students.According to the problems existing in after-school sports services,the following optimization countermeasures are proposed:(1)fully develop and utilize the resources of surrounding venues,strengthen the awareness of safety management(2)hire professional teachers and expand the teaching staff(3)reduce the workload of teachers,enhance professional development,and increase teaching and research time(4)broaden funding channels and establish a funding guarantee mechanism(5)strengthen family education,clarify the rights and responsibilities of home and school(6)increase the organization of events and sports meetings,enrich afterschool sports services(7)improve rules and regulations,Improve the supervision system(8)Strengthen resource cooperation between all parties outside the school to meet the needs of students.
