Study On Satisfaction Influencing Factors Of Public Sports Services For The Elderly In Jining City

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of China’s elderly population,the elderly group has attracted much attention.To some extent,the satisfaction of public sports services for the elderly reflects the quality of public sports services for the elderly,and is an important indicator to measure the performance of public sports services for the elderly.This paper uses the research methods of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking the elderly residents in the main urban area of Jining City as the survey object,a total of 850 questionnaires were sent out before and after the two times,and 805 valid questionnaires were recovered to understand the satisfaction of public sports services for the elderly in Jining City from the five dimensions of venues and facilities,sports guidance,sports activities,sports organization and sports information.Based on the satisfaction survey data,this paper uses the methods of regression analysis to explore the influencing factors.The results show that the overall satisfaction is a medium level;Among the public sports services for the elderly,the satisfaction of sports venues and facilities is high,and the satisfaction of sports guidance is low.In the research on the influencing factors of public sports services for the elderly in Jining City,the hypothesis has been partially verified.Gender differences do not have a significant impact on the satisfaction while other demographic characteristics,economic and social factors,public demands and social capital have a significant impact on the satisfaction of public sports services and subprojects for the elderly.Among them,social capital at the individual level is significantly positively correlated with the satisfaction of public sports services and subprojects for the elderly,There is a significant negative correlation between government response and service expectation and the satisfaction of public sports services and sub items for the elderly.Therefore,in order to improve the satisfaction of Jining elderly public sports service,the paper mainly puts forward suggestions from the following aspects: bridging individual differences and enhancing service quality;Promote the spirit of public service and improve satisfaction;Pay attention to public demands and correct response attitude;Take advantage of social capital to play the role of community of interests.
