The "double reduction" policy not only releases space for after-school sports services but also promotes the in-depth development of after-school sports services.People expect after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools to become an important way to promote the happy and healthy growth of primary school students.In this regard,many scholars have conducted research on issues related to after-school sports services in primary schools.The research mainly involves the definition of the concept and connotation of after-school sports services in primary schools,the "double reduction" policy and after-school sports services in primary schools,after-school sports services in primary schools and campus sports clubs Among the above-mentioned issues,the development mode of after-school sports services is the focus of research.From primary school classes From the perspective of the post-sports supply model,independent supply and sports training institution supply are the main models,but the cooperation model between schools,especially the cooperation model between universities and middle schools with rich sports resources has not yet been studied in depth.Based on this basic understanding,This paper relies on "social exchange theory" and "cooperative governance theory" firstly,and adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logic.Analytical method,constructing a theoretical model of the "university and primary school" cooperation mode of after-school sports service,revealing the characteristics and existing problems of the "school-school" cooperation of after-school sports service in primary schools,and then put forward the "school-school" cooperation mode of after-school sports service in primary schools.Through the series of studies above,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The "school-school" cooperative theoretical model of primary school after-school sports service is a mutually beneficial and win-win sports education method with the participation of multiple subjects.The essence of the process of carrying out,enriching campus sports culture,and promoting students’ happy and healthy growth is to realize the complementary advantages of college sports resources and primary school sports resources through the transmission of physical education elements.This model consists of cooperation motivation,cooperation content and cooperation effect.constituted.2.The characteristics of the current situation of "school-school" cooperation in after-school sports services for primary schools in Hangzhou are as follows:(1)From the perspective of cooperation content,the three forms of cooperation in sports teaching,sports training and cooperation on special projects show a short-term cooperation time.(2)The main path of cooperation is that students majoring in physical education participate in after-school physical education teaching and training in primary schools;(3)The reciprocal process of sharing physical education resources in cooperation,the allocation of teachers and the diversification of courses in primary school after-school physical education services have a great impact Improvement,the practical ability of sports interns has been improved.At the same time,there is a certain deviation in the focus of cooperation goals,the content of cooperation is shallow,the cooperation method is relatively single,the phenomenon of eager for quick success and instant benefits in cooperation is serious,the exchange of physical education resources is not sufficient,and the achievement of the goal of "school-school" cooperation in after-school sports services is still low.At a low level,the effectiveness of cooperation has not been effectively reflected.3.The promotion strategy of the "school-school" cooperation model of after-school sports services:(1)Strengthen the top-level design,improve the degree of fit between the goal-oriented after-school sports services of universities and primary schools,and build a long-term,stable symbiotic and mutually beneficial cooperation model;(2)Strengthen the full exchange and in-depth cooperation between college sports resources and primary schools,build a professional team of after-school sports service teachers,and jointly build an after-school sports curriculum system;(3)Special project research-type intervention methods,and then form a teaching,training and scientific research-type cooperation model.In this process,digital platforms should be used for dynamic management,timely feedback,and digital empowerment.
