Since 2017,after-school services have attracted wide attention in the whole society.With the comprehensive implementation of this activity in urban and rural primary and secondary schools across the country,many problems have also emerged.The original intention of after-school service is to solve the problem of urban parents to pick up their children,so whether the rural primary and secondary schools also solve the difficulties of parents,this is the starting point of this paper.This paper conducts a survey of after-school service satisfaction and study on parents in rural primary schools,in order to explore the current situation of after-school service in rural primary schools from the perspective of parents,find out problems,and put forward improvement strategies,so as to improve parents’ satisfaction and improve after-school service in rural primary schools.This article in Linyi city X town primary and secondary school to participate in after-school service students’ parents as the survey object,through the literature sorting,field interview survey established a set of after-school service parents satisfaction evaluation index system,including after-school service content,after-school service teachers,after-school service management,after-school service environment,after-school service results five indicators and on the basis of the 17 secondary index factors.Through the survey of this questionnaire design,the IPA matrix model was constructed,the four quadrants of influencing factors were drawn to find out the disadvantage,opportunity,maintenance and advantage areas to improve the satisfaction of after-school services,the problems and causes of after-school services in rural primary schools were summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures were given.The conclusion of this paper is that parents’ satisfaction with after-school services is generally at a high level,but there is still a significant gap compared with the importance.Combined with the IPA analysis,it can be seen that homework tutoring,the number of teachers,teacher structure,logistics support(safety,catering,etc.)are the projects in urgent need to be improved.After summary,this paper found that the rural primary school after-school service parents satisfaction survey problems mainly have rural primary school after-school service positioning is not clear,teachers problem situation and parents expected difference,after-school service content implementation effect is not ideal,after-school service management system chaos,after-school service environment cause parents.After analyzing the reasons of the problem,the strategies proposed in this paper are to guide the correct cognition of after-school service,strengthen the construction of after-school service management system,ensure the hardware guarantee of after-school service in rural primary schools,strengthen the construction of after-school service teachers and personalized customized after-school service content.
