As an important part of the excellent traditional culture of China,excellent family traditions have been selected and deposited after a long history,and contain rich ideological and moral education resources.From the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has constantly proposed to "strengthen the construction of family style",which further highlights the cornerstone role of family in national development,national progress and social harmony,which also provides a fundamental theoretical basis for the work of family style including integrating excellent family style into the education and teaching of Morality and rule of Law.The students in junior high school are in the critical period of the formation of their outlook on life,values and world outlook,and the course of Morality and rule of Law is the main channel of ideological and moral education and improvement of ideological and moral quality.Based on this,this paper takes the excellent family traditions into the education and teaching of Morality and rule of law in junior high school as the research topic.Through the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,we find the problems in the process of integrating good family traditions into the education and education of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,and discuss them in combination with ourselves,in order to provide practical solutions,so as to improve the quality and level of education and teaching of "Morality and rule of Law" in junior high school.This paper starts with understanding the concept,connotation and characteristics of family tradition and good family tradition,and analyzes the curriculum standards of morality and rule of law in the 22 nd edition,so as to fully realize the necessity and feasibility of integrating good family tradition into the education and teaching of "Morality and rule of Law" in junior high school.Then questionnaire survey and interview methods are adopted for different subjects,from which problems such as students’ cognitive deviation of family traditions,teachers’ insufficient integration of good family traditions resources and the lack of family traditions education atmosphere in schools are collected.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is proposed that students should give full play to their learning initiative,consciously internalize the theory into practice,and teachers should give full play to the role of education guidance from the aspects of setting up the correct concept of family education,improving cultural literacy,optimizing teaching methods and means,and teachers’ training mode.The school is optimized from the aspects of campus culture construction and the improvement of teachers’ work system.Finally,it is supplemented by the key forces of family and society.The family establishes the correct concept of family education,the society creates a good education environment,promotes the home-school union,forms the educational force,and builds a perfect and cooperative family tradition education system,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school.
