In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instruction that education on revolutionary traditions should start from children and implement the spirit of the National Education Conference,and to give full play to the important role of primary and secondary school curricula and teaching materials in education on revolutionary traditions,the National Textbook Committee issued the "Guide to Revolutionary Traditions in Primary and Secondary School Curricula and Teaching Materials" in 2021,which provides the basic principles,carrier forms,overall objectives,main contents The Guide has made comprehensive planning and scientific arrangements for the integration of revolutionary traditions into primary and secondary school curricula,including the basic principles,carrier forms,overall objectives,main contents,requirements of school sections and subjects.Morality and rule of law is the core curriculum for implementing revolutionary tradition education,so it is important to comprehensively sort out the content of revolutionary tradition education in morality and rule of law textbooks to grasp the overall situation of revolutionary tradition into morality and rule of law textbooks and to promote the integration of revolutionary tradition education content in the teaching materials of university and elementary school Civics and Political Science courses.Based on the scientific definition of the connotation of the integration of revolutionary traditional education contents in morality and rule of law textbooks,this study comprehensively composes,understands and grasps the main contents and presentation methods of revolutionary traditional education in morality and rule of law textbooks,and tries to explore the integration of revolutionary traditional education contents in morality and rule of law textbooks from the perspective of integration,in order to grasp the construction of revolutionary traditional education contents in morality and rule of law textbooks as a whole.The purpose is to grasp the current situation of revolutionary traditional education content construction in moral and rule of law textbooks as a whole,and make suggestions for moral and rule of law teachers to carry out integrated revolutionary traditional education teaching,so as to enhance the effectiveness of revolutionary traditional education education in compulsory education.The paper consists of three main parts.The first part: the basic theoretical analysis of the integration of revolutionary traditional education contents in moral and rule of law textbooks.It mainly defines the scientific connotation of revolutionary traditional education content,integration and integration of revolutionary traditional education content in moral and rule of law textbooks;explores the research value of integration of revolutionary traditional education content in moral and rule of law textbooks from the level of policy basis and theoretical basis;constructs a basic framework for the analysis of integration of revolutionary traditional education content in moral and rule of law textbooks from the principles and main contents of the analysis framework establishment.The second part: Analysis of the current situation of the integration of the content of revolutionary traditional education in morality and rule of law textbooks: "The leadership of the Communist Party of China" as an example.Through the textbook analysis,we sorted out the overall distribution,centralized presentation and decentralized penetration of the main contents of "the leadership of the Communist Party of China" in morality and rule of law textbooks,and found that the main contents of primary and junior high school sections are in line with students’ cognitive characteristics and focus on spiraling upward;we also summarized the main contents of "the leadership of the Communist Party of China" in morality and rule of law textbooks.The presentation of "The Leadership of the Communist Party of China" in morality and rule of law textbooks was summarized.The presentation in elementary school was lifelike and focused on arousing emotional resonance,while the presentation in junior high school was active and emphasized raising political awareness.The third part: the inspiration for teaching from the integrated analysis of revolutionary traditional education content in morality and rule of law textbooks.The main suggestions for teachers of morality and rule of law to carry out teaching of revolutionary tradition education include grasping the content of revolutionary tradition education as a whole and establishing an integrated view of teaching materials;focusing on the cultivation of subject core literacy and setting reasonable segment objectives;choosing appropriate teaching methods based on students’ cognitive development;changing the way of evaluating revolutionary tradition education and carrying out multiple teaching evaluations. |
