In the 2017 report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping put forward the goal of "fully implementing the basic strategy of governing the country according to law,firmly adhering to the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,building a socialist country ruled by law,and improving the rule of law for all." The realization of the grand goal of the socialist rule of law requires the efforts of all members of society.As the future of the motherland,the status of the rule of law is particularly important for young people.At present,there are many problems in the rule of law education for young people.The main reason for this is that the current rule of law education for middle school students cannot meet the needs of China's current situation.It goes without saying that the school is the main front for the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of middle school students.The subject of morality and rule of law in junior high school is the main channel for cultivation.Facing the current situation of weak awareness of juvenile law,strengthening the research on the cultivation of the rule of law awareness of junior high school students in this subject is conducive to teachers infiltrating the discipline and implementing the curriculum objectives in teaching,which is conducive to cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism and conducive to the construction.Socialist country ruled by law.Combined with the teaching practice,the current cultivation of the rule of law awareness of junior high school students mainly exists: the content of the teaching deviates from the course objectives,the subjectivity of the students is neglected,and the classroom teaching is boring.The reasons for chasing are mainly old teaching concepts and teacher-student relationship,teachers' professionalization of the rule of law is not strong,the form of teaching activities is single,teachers neglect students' use of law in practice,and teachers' assessment methods are single.The author has consulted a large amount of information and combined with his many years of teaching experience to explore the following three aspects: first,study the textbook carefully;second,comprehensive analysis of the situation;third,master the methods to enhance the effectiveness of teaching,such as Renew teaching concepts,improve teachers' rule of law,adopt diverse teaching methods,organize students to participate in social practice,and establish a rational and scientific evaluation system for the rule of law.In order to let readers have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the research on the rule of law awareness of junior high school students,each part of the author in the article is elaborated in the fourth unit of the seventh grade "Moral and Rule of Law" "Into the Rule of Law".The purpose of this paper is to promote the formation of conscious and law-abiding,problem-finding and behavioral habits for junior high school students,and contribute to the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.
