Recent years,the education in China is transforming form examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education,which is very important.On the whole,though steadily advancing and developing,there are still many problems.Such as the teaching process to pay attention to the transfer of knowledge,ignoring the emotional experience of students,resulting in the separation of virtue;Although some teachers are aware of the important role of emotional education in classroom teaching,but it has not been put into practice,resulting in the lack of emotional education in school education.The junior middle school students are in the critical period of the rapid development of physical and mental health,moral character and sound personality,and they urgently need the effective guidance and help of emotional education.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the ways and methods of infiltrating affective education from the perspective of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of "Morality and Rule of Law" course in junior middle school,promote Junior middle school students to form a healthy emotional quality and integrity of personality.Firstly,this paper expounds the connotation and essence of emotional and emotional education.According to the theory of Marx's humanism,pedagogy and psychology,this paper discusses the inner relationship between "Morality and Rule of Law" and emotional education in junior middle school,and discusses the significance of emotional education in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.Emotional education is an inevitable requirement to achieve the goal of teaching "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.It helps to cultivate good moral character and healthy personality of junior middle school students.It is an important guarantee for building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Secondly,the theory is related to reality.Taking the author's school as an example,he investigates the state of junior middle school morality and rule of law infiltrating emotional education,and deeply realizes that in the process of infiltration emotional education in the “ Morality and Rule of Law” course of junior middle school,The main problems existing in the process of infiltrating affective education in junior middle school include: paying attention to " teaching ",ignoring " education ";teaching material is simple,difficult to trigger emotional resonance;teaching method is single,ignoring the emotional experience of students;teacher-student interaction in the classroom is not high.It also analyzes the reasons for the above problems from three aspects: the school education concept,the classroom teaching mode and the teacher's own quality.Finally,it explores the ways and methods of how to infiltrate the emotional education in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,which is the main part of this article.First,we should transform the educational concept of the school,establish the evaluation system of quality education,and optimize the construction of campus humanistic environment,so as to optimize the macro educational environment of the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.Classroom is the main position of "Morality and Rule of Law" lesson infiltrating affective education in junior middle school.Therefore,by deeply excavating the affective factors in teaching materials,we create emotional teaching situations,make full use of modern teaching methods and carry out various forms of practical activities to improve " Morality and Rule of Law " class of " emotional means " to enrich the emotional experience of students.But the teachers' emotional experience and expression level is directly related to the effectiveness of emotional education in junior high school moral and legal course.Therefore,teachers' own emotional experience and expression level can be improved by changing teachers' emotional attitude,paying attention to emotional communication between teachers and students,and improving teachers' teaching artistic accomplishment.
