With the change of the times,the phenomenon of the low age of crime is more and more obvious,especially among the teenagers.By consulting a large number of documents,the author found that the curriculum of rule of law was set up late in junior middle school,and the special research on rule of law education was relatively weak,and the related literature data is relatively few.Therefore,the inclusion of rule of law education in moral and rule of law curricula in secondary schools strengthens rule of law education among secondary school students and encourages students to systematically learn knowledge related to the rule of law under the guidance of schools,it is not only the requirement of the times,but also plays an important role in building a harmonious society and a modern society ruled by law.This article analyzes from four parts,the first part is the theoretical overview.This paper explains the related core concepts in detail,and briefly discusses the theoretical basis and research significance of the rule of law education in the course of moral and rule of law in junior high school The second part is about the investigation,analysis and research on the status quo of the rule of law education in the course of“Morality and rule of law” in junior high school.Through investigation and research,we find that the rule of law education in junior middle school shows an upward trend.Firstly,the theoretical foundation of the rule of law education is more solid Third,the attention of the school to the rule of law education has increased;fourth,the concept of Teachers’ rule of law education has been enhanced;finally,unior high school students have improved their sense of the rule of law.However,the following problems still exist: first,the classroom teaching atmosphere is dull;second,the form of legal education is single;third,the content of legal education is thin;fourth,he students lack interest in learning;fifth,Teachers need to further improve their professional leve;Therefore,the third part puts forward the basic principles of improving the rule of law education in the course of“Morality and rule of law”in junior high school,third,the principle of the combination of explicit education and recessive education;finally,the principle of the combination of system structure and system guarantee.At the same time,it also puts forward some improving countermeasures: firstly,we should establish the concept of two-way interaction between teachers and students;secondly,we should innovate the teaching method of the rule of law education;thirdly,we should strengthen the construction of the rule of law teachers;Stimulate the initiative of junior high school students;finally,the construction of curriculum teaching comprehensive evaluation system.The fourth part designs the teaching case design and teaching reflection of the course of“Morality and rule of law” in junior middle school,and studies and analyzes the present situation of the education of rule of law in the course of“Morality and rule of Law” in junior middle school,it emphasizes the important status of legal education and legal literacy in moral and legal courses.
