With the continuous development of legal education and the need to build a socialist country ruled by law,the rule of law education has received more and more attention from all sectors of society,and the popularization of rule of law education has been carried out nationwide.The school is to teach students the ability to adapt to the social life of knowledge and skills,to train builders who can contribute to socialist construction,the school’s main position of rule of law education,moral and rule of law courses with its unique curriculum nature has become the main course of law education in schools.At the same time,the junior high school stage is at an important stage of life development,and this period has strong plasticity.The morality and rule of law class provides the necessary rule of law education for junior high school students,which helps to promote the healthy growth of adolescents,helps prevent the emergence of juvenile delinquency,and trains socialist builders who can understand,use,and abide by the law.This paper studies the effects of the current rule of law education in the junior high school morality and rule of law,and further discovers the problems existing in the current rule of law education and gives constructive opinions to promote the further development of the rule of law education in the junior high school morality and rule of law.This paper mainly studies the effect of rule of law education in junior high school morality and rule of law from three aspects.The first part is the theoretical analysis of the effect of rule of law education in junior high school morality and rule of law,from three aspects: the connotation of the effect of rule of law education,the basic requirements of the rule of law effect,and the factors influencing the effect of rule of law education.The second part is the realistic investigation of the effect of rule of law education in junior high school morality and rule of law.The questionnaire education is used to study the rule of law education of junior high school students.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the analysis results from the three-dimensional target knowledge and ability of the rule of law education.And emotional values in three aspects.Through questionnaire analysis,it is found that the rule of law education in junior high school morality and rule of law has improved students’ legal awareness,but lacks legal common sense.The student’s rule of law is weak and his ability to use is lacking.Students lack practice in the rule of law and lack of rule of law.The teaching focuses on the rule of law knowledge education,neglects the challenge of ability and emotional education,and analyzes the challenges from four aspects.They are the testoriented education that affects teaching and focuses on the rule of law and ignores emotional education.Teaching emphasizes that teacher leadership ignores the individual initiative of students.Teaching evaluation emphasizes screening and selection.The teacher’s rule of law theory is lacking and he is not familiar with the new textbook.The third part is to constructive strategies on how to improve the effect of rule of law education in junior high school morality and rule of law.Improve the quality of teachers and improve the teaching level of teachers.The teaching methods are diversified and the effect of the rule of law education is optimized.Enrich the content of the rule of law education and stimulate students’ interest in learning.We will improve the evaluation system of the rule of law education and guide students in the overall development of the four aspects. |
