Labor education in the new era breaks through the limitations of traditional labor education,focuses on the comprehensive development of students,focuses on cultivating students' labor literacy,and comprehensively constructs the labor literacy system of "labor concept,labor ability,labor spirit,labor habits and quality".In the context of the new era,evaluation is placed at the core of labor education evaluation.Therefore,it is urgent to construct the evaluation index system for students' labor literacy that meets the requirements of the new era.Junior high school stage is a critical period for students' physical and mental development.As the future builders and successors of the socialist country's modernization,junior high school students must correctly understand and master the knowledge and skills of labor,develop good labor habits,and form a positive labor spirit.However,the labor literacy of junior high school students is relatively lacking.Therefore,we must standardize labor education by strengthening the evaluation of labor literacy,so as to guide the physical and mental health development of junior high school students and improve their labor literacy.Based on a certain theoretical basis,according to the relevant policy documents issued by the state and the existing evaluation index system,this research summarizes and constructs the evaluation index system of labor literacy of junior high school students in the new era,including evaluation indicators,weights and standards.Firstly,the preliminary indicators were compiled into questionnaires and distributed to teachers and education administrators.Then SPSS was used for reliability and validity analysis to further screen and determine indicators.Four first-level indicators of labor cognition,labor ability,labor habit,and labor spirit have been determined,and there are eight second-level indicators of labor concept,labor knowledge,labor skills,labor creation,labor awareness,labor behavior,labor emotional attitude,and labor will quality,and twenty-eight third-level indicators.Secondly,use quantitative statistical methods to determine the weight of each indicator.Finally,the evaluation standard of commentary was formulated,and a relatively perfect evaluation index system of labor literacy of junior high school students was formed.Through the construction of the evaluation index system of junior high school students' labor literacy in the new era,this study believes that the construction of the evaluation index system of junior high school students' labor literacy in the new era has the following requirements: the flexibility of the construction of the index system,the scientific diversification of the implementation process,and emphasis on the analysis and feedback of evaluation results.
