In September 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out at the National Education Conference to "cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development",and pointed out the importance of labor education in all-round development.On May 9,2022,the Ministry of Education officially issued the Compulsory Education Curriculum Program,marking the complete independence of labor education from comprehensive practical activities.In May 2022,the Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)was officially issued,further clarifying the importance of combining labor education with discipline teaching.There are commonalties between biology and labor education.Implementing labor education in high school biology teaching not only helps to promote the development of students’ labor literacy and even comprehensive quality,but also gives biology teaching richer connotations and improves the quality and level of biology teaching.Taking Marx’s theory of all-round development of human beings,Tao Xingzhi’s theory of life education,Suhomlinsky’s concept of laborist education and constructivist theory as theoretical guidance,this study summarizes domestic and foreign studies related to "labour education" and "implementing labor education in high school biology" through the literature research method,and provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of labor education in high school biology teaching.Based on the above theoretical basis,this study further uses questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation of labor education and its implementation in high school biology teaching from the perspective of students and teachers,and summarizes the current problems existing in concepts,schools,teachers,families,curricula and aspects of labor education according to data analysis.In order to solve the problem,this study further puts forward the optimization strategy of implementing labor education in high school biology teaching,and tries to build and further refine the teaching framework process of implementing labor education in high school biology teaching.It designs a teaching plan around the third chapter of the third chapter of the People’s Education Edition of High School Biology Compulsory Course I,"Basic Structure of Cells".The teaching design includes theoretical course teaching design,experimental teaching design and model production activity design.Combined with the teaching design,this study selected two homogeneous classes of Binzhou A Senior High School to carry out control education experiments as experimental subjects.The experimental class(M class)adopts biology teaching integrated into labor education,and the control class(Class N)adopts non-labor education.After the teaching practice,the experimental effect is tested through three methods: paper and pen test,model making and questionnaire.The results show that the performance of the experimental class is better than that of the control class,and the high school biology teaching integrated into labor education can promote the development of students’ mental labor,physical labor,emotional attitude,etc.In summary,the following conclusions are drawn: first,the implementation of the current labor education in biology teaching in high school needs to be improved;Second,there is an inherent compatibility between labor education and biology teaching.Compared with traditional teaching,biology teaching integrated into labor education can play a better role in promoting the development of students’ mental work,physical work,labor literacy and so on,and can achieve the effect of enriching the connotation of biology teaching.Therefore,this study has enriched the research on the combination of labor education and biology teaching,and expanded the strategies and methods for implementing labor education in subject teaching,in order to provide teaching reference for front-line teachers. |
