Labor is the source of all social wealth and happy life.Under the background of the new era and new challenges,new workers participating in national construction are required to have higher cultural literacy,higher technical level,stronger innovation ability and excellent practical skills.The level of labor talents is the foundation of a powerful country.Education is the main position for cultivating talents.High school is also an important period affecting talent training and quality.In the context of exam oriented education,high school students in today’s new era have weak labor consciousness,low labor quality,low physical quality,lack of innovation ability,weak practical ability and so on.In order to solve the above problems,combined with the characteristics of biology,this paper takes biology teaching as the way to carry out the practical research of infiltrating the labor education in the new era in the classroom teaching,experimental teaching and outdoor teaching of biology in senior high school,so as to achieve the purposes of building virtue through labor,cultivating study through labor,cultivating love through labor,cultivating wisdom through labor,cultivating beauty through labor,innovating through labor and strengthening the body through labor.Before practical research,this study first consulted and sorted out the development and research status of labor education at home and abroad.Secondly,using the methods of questionnaire,interview and case study,this paper made a detailed investigation on the labor education of senior high school students and biology teachers in Liuzhou No.2 middle school and the penetration of labor education in physics teaching of senior high school students,so as to find out the reasons that hinder the penetration of labor education in biology teaching,and then based on the survey results,Carry out teaching practice research of infiltrating labor education in the new era in biology teaching in Senior High School: carry out classroom teaching practice research with section 3 of Chapter 2 of compulsory one of 2020people’s Education Edition,carry out experimental teaching research with "water absorption and loss of plant cells" in the inquiry column of section 1 of compulsory one person education edition,and carry out outdoor teaching research with biological expansion activity "Jinxiu ecological plantation activity".Through the above practical research,we can draw the following conclusions: high school biology teaching is one of the important ways to infiltrate the concept of labor education in the new era.It is feasible and necessary to infiltrate labor education in high school biology teaching.Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions on how to infiltrate labor education in biology teaching in Senior High School: that is,biology teachers should infiltrate new labor education in various forms of teaching as much as possible,actively explore the best way to infiltrate new labor education,try a variety of teaching methods,actively excavate and collect appropriate resources,establish a diversified evaluation system "Home school society" should jointly assist biology teachers in carrying out labor education.The above practical research cases and suggestions are intended to provide some reference for biology teachers who are struggling in the front line to infiltrate the relevant contents of labor education in the new era in biology teaching.For the prospect of labor education in the future,we hope to get the attention of "family school society" and restore its due status.We also hope that all high schools can be equipped with professional labor teachers,and the relevant activities of labor education are more innovative.
