| The spirit of science is the spiritual fruit of human civilization,the treasure house of wisdom formed and gradually improved in the evolution of human society.In October 2022,the report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "thoroughly implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through talent,and the strategy of innovation-driven development",which requires us to promote the organic unity of scientific spirit education and talent training,and to put scientific spirit through the whole process and stage of the national education system,improve students’ scientific spirit quality,promote spiritual civilization and prosperity,and provide sufficient talent support for achieving self-reliance in science and technology.At the present time,the scientific spirit has received widespread attention in the whole society,and the upsurge of vigorously advocating and carrying forward the scientific spirit is rising.In 2020,China’s Ministry of Education issued the "Standard for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)",which clearly stipulates that the scientific spirit as the core quality of the ideological and political discipline in high schools is the basic condition for achieving political identity,awareness of the rule of law and public participation,and guides the transformation and development direction of the ideological and political course in high schools.Based on the requirements of scientific spirit cultivation,based on the perspective of Chinese citizens,the curriculum modules are selected according to the three principles of adhering to the correct scientific spirit orientation,scientific world outlook and methodology,and the consistency of value judgment and behavior selection,and the most appropriate teaching content is sought.Finally,based on the teaching materials and teaching practice,it is determined that the four modules of philosophy and culture,which are required for high school ideological and political education,are the most closely related to the cultivation of scientific spirit.There is an inevitable internal connection between the scientific spirit and the Philosophy and Culture Course.Its textbook content system contains the value dimension of the scientific spirit,which is directly related to the formation of high school students’ scientific literacy and rational thinking,and is an important carrier for implementing the goal of scientific spiritual literacy.Therefore,in order to integrate and sort out the embodiment of scientific spirit cultivation in many aspects in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture,the concept of scientific spirit is defined as a kind of spiritual temperament displayed in people’s exploration of scientific activities,which mainly refers to the value orientation,mode of thinking and behavior choice formed by students in the process of learning,understanding and exploring the truth,specifically including seeking truth and pragmatism,questioning and criticism,unremitting exploration,courage to innovate Independent rationality and other mental states.The scientific spirit cultivation activities of Philosophy and Culture will involve a lot of scientific knowledge,scientific methods and scientific thoughts.They are all the crystallization of wisdom left by the history of human science.They can help students effectively master scientific thinking methods,enhance teachers’ comprehensive quality,improve the scientific and cultural quality of the public,and provide sustainable development impetus for the high-quality development of the country in the new stage.This thesis focuses on the current situation of the cultivation of scientific spirit in the Philosophy and Culture Course of high school,and through the investigation and case analysis of612 senior high school students and 37 senior high school ideological and political teachers in Shandong Province,finds that the current scientific spirit has made some achievements in the teaching of the Philosophy and Culture Course of high school,which is mainly reflected in the teachers’ beginning to recognize that the Philosophy and Culture Course of high school is an important course to implement the cultivation of scientific spirit,It has intentionally integrated the cultivation of scientific spirit into teaching,guided students to establish correct scientific concepts,enriched students’ scientific knowledge,and helped students to form a corresponding awareness of scientific spirit.But on the whole,the reality of cultivating the scientific spirit in the Philosophy and Culture Course in senior high school is not optimistic,and there are several problems,which are mainly manifested as follows: in the teaching design,the scientific spirit is weakened due to the low orientation of the scientific spirit goal and the weak sense of guidance;Lack of deep exploration of scientific spirit in the teaching content and low utilization of resources;The ways and methods of cultivating scientific spirit in teaching implementation are unitary and lack of attraction;In the teaching evaluation,the proportion of scientific spirit accomplishment is low,and it is difficult to meet the scientific spirit goal.There are many reasons for the lack of scientific spirit in the Philosophy and Culture Course of senior high school,including the internal limitations of teachers’ low level of scientific literacy and mismatched teaching skills,the external constraints of the traditional education concept of school knowledge standard.In order to implement the level requirements for the cultivation of scientific spirit,the teaching of philosophy and culture in high school ideological and political education should be based on the new curriculum standard,explore appropriate and effective solutions to the specific problems in the cultivation of scientific spirit in the teaching of philosophy and culture,and build a scientific and complete implementation path.First of all,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers,give play to the exemplary role of pioneers,update education concepts,reserve professional knowledge and improve professional ability in the attitude of scientific spirit advocates,explorers and practitioners,so that educators receive education first.Secondly,adhere to the goal orientation,clarify the cultivation goal of scientific spirit,do a good job in the frontend analysis of teaching design based on students’ actual situation,reasonably refine the descriptive expression of core quality objectives,and reshape the scientific spirit atmosphere of classroom teaching.Thirdly,deepen the text of teaching materials,comprehensively sort out the context of knowledge,supplement the teaching resources as needed,clarify the value behind each point of view,and radiate the infinite power of scientific thinking.Then,with the goal of cultivating scientific spirit,we should optimize the cultivation methods of scientific spirit,such as cultivating students’ scientific thinking quality around the topic teaching,strengthening the dialectical teaching to improve students’ dialectical choice ability,setting up the situational teaching to stimulate students’ courage to explore,improving the case teaching to cultivate students’ rational and realistic value orientation,and actively carrying out practical activities to shape practical and innovative talents,realizing the integration of scientific spirit cultivation and classroom teaching.Finally,according to the academic quality standard and the four-level division table of scientific spirit accomplishment,the evaluation objectives and evaluation indicators of scientific spirit cultivation quality of high school ideological and political "philosophy and culture" are clarified,and new evaluation methods such as value-added evaluation are introduced,so we will build a complete and systematic evaluation system of scientific spirit. |
