“The Standards for the Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools(2017Edition)”requires the cultivation of the scientific spirit of high school students in ideological and political courses.The choice of the textbook "Life and Philosophy" and the research of how to cultivate students' scientific spirit in this course is the key to teaching Design of “Life and Philosophy”.Teaching design is a task that teachers must do before teaching,and it is an important guarantee for improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching.In order to cultivate the scientific spirit in the course of "Life and Philosophy",the important step is to find out the key issues of what are the teaching goals,what to teach,and how to teach,and to design the teaching objectives,contents and process of “Life and Philosophy”.The scientific spirit manifests that high school students can explain things rationally,make value judgments and behavior choices rationally.Students must possess the above qualities after studying “Life and Philosophy”.Based on the goal of cultivating the spirit of science,students are considered to be studying after “Life and Philosophy”: at the level of scientific knowledge,students be able to scientifically recognize the basic position of Marxist philosophy,scientifically understand the basic principles of Marxist philosophy,and scientifically grasp the methodological significance of Marxist philosophy;at the scientific method level,students can learn to use the basic methods of Marxist philosophy such as the method of seeking truth from facts,the method of dialectical thinking and the method of contradiction analysis;at the level of scientific practice,students can scientifically grasp political ideals,scientifically establish life goals and make value choices scientifically.In order to carry out the cultivation of scientific spirit,what should be taught and learned in the course of "Life and Philosophy".First of all,teachers should enable students to understand the basic principles of Marxist philosophy scientifically,choose and organize teaching contents from three aspects: the generation and development of Marxist philosophy,the similarities and differences between philosophical thinking and daily thinking,and the relationship between philosophical wisdom and social practice.Secondly,in order to enable students to learn to use scientific thinking methods,to answer why to learn and what are scientific thinking methods,the teaching contents are selected and organized from three aspects: the nature of thinking methods,the dialectical wisdom of philosophy,and the quality of philosophy thinking.Finally,the learning of knowledge will eventually turn to practice.Students should be able to make scientific value judgments and behavior choices in practice,answer the questions of what and how to do it.Choose and organize teaching contents from three aspects: the rules of social history,the value of social practice and the choice of practice in social life.How to teach "Life and Philosophy" can promote the cultivation of scientific spirit,and answer from three aspects: introduction before class,interaction during class,and practice after class.First of all,the introduction before the class should be able to attract students' interest,and conduct lessons through questioning,storytelling,and current affairs.Secondly,the interaction in class should be thought-provoking,which is conducive to the formation of scientific spirit.Teacher-student interaction is carried out by creating situations,citing cases,and organizing group discussions to stimulate student thinking and cultivate students' scientific spirit.Finally,after-school practice is the process of students transforming from "knowledge" to "action".In order to promote students' ability to learn and use after class,They practice philosophical principles in solving practical problems,organizing cultural activities,and participating in social practice to cultivate scientific spirit.
