The Concept,connotation And Practice Path Of High-quality Development Of Minzu Universities Of State Ethnic Affairs Commission In The New Era

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic goal of accelerating the construction of a strong country in education and the specific requirements for accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system.Higher education is an important part of China’s education system,and supporting the construction of a strong country through education with a high-quality education system is the mission and task of China’s higher education in the new era.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and in the great journey of realizing the "two centenary goals",it is particularly urgent and important for minzu universities to take the road of high-quality development in line with the new requirements of the new era.In the development history of more than 70 years,minzu universities have continuously enriched their experience in running schools,improved their ability to run schools,and made great contributions in four aspects: talent training,scientific research,social services and cultural inheritance.So far,ethnic higher education has become an important part of China’s higher education,and minzu universities have became the main field of ethnic higher education and the main political highland for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,occupying an irreplaceable position in the cause of the common prosperity of all ethnic groups in China.This paper takes "Minzu Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission" as the research object and "the concept,connotation and path of high-quality development of Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission in the New Era" as the research content,and conducts preliminary research on the construction of high-level and high-quality ethnic universities based on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,ethnic theory and relevant concepts of higher education.Mainly using the literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and Delphi method,combing the historical development status of Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission,summarizing the thoughts of the leaders of Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the experts of ethnic higher education,and finally passing the Delphi method,conducting relevant data analysis,integrating and thinking about the opinions of experts,and drawing the following conclusions from the three parts of high-quality development concept,high-quality development connotation and high-quality development path:The concept of high-quality development of Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission in the new era is mainly the concept of systematic development concept,innovative development concept,characteristic development concept and informatization concept.The connotation is mainly based on forging the sense of community of the China as the main line of development,establishing virtue and cultivating the foundation of human development,discipline construction as the key to development,scientific research and social services as the driving force of development,and governance system and governance ability as the guarantee of development.The path is mainly to change the ideology and concept,and enhance the concept and consensus of high-quality development;Strive to comprehensively reform the system and build a high-quality development system;Promote the reconstruction of the operation mechanism and improve the efficiency of high-quality development;Strengthen the construction of school culture and create a strong atmosphere of high-quality development.Further improve the ability of Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission to cultivate talents,scientific research,social services,and cultural inheritance,stimulate the endogenous motivation of Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission,and build high-level and high-quality Universities of State Ethnic Affairs Commission in the new era.
