Research On Modernization Path Of Inner Mongolia Minzu Universities Internal Governance

Governance in the field of education is an important part of state governance.The Report to the 20 th CPC National Congress of the Party put forward: "Comprehensively implement the Party’s educational policy,implement the fundamental task of educating people by virtue,and thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.Coordinate the collaborative innovation of higher education and accelerate the construction of world-class universities and advantageous disciplines with China characteristics.Strengthen the promotion of the national common language,promote the digitalization of education,and build a learning country.Comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization." Accelerating the educational governance system has become an inevitable requirement for the modernization of state governance.Higher education is an important component of China’s education system,shouldering the important mission of cultivating high-quality new talents oriented to the needs of economic and social development.In the process of promoting the modernization of education governance,there are some problems in the governance of higher education,especially in ethnic minority areas.The internal governance of Inner Mongolia minzu universities is an organic part of the governance system of Inner Mongolia higher education for ethnic group.Perfecting the modernization of its internal governance is helpful to promote the modernization of the governance system of Inner Mongolia higher education.On the basis of previous research literature,combined with my own professional theories,this paper takes good governance theory,collaborative governance theory and stakeholder theory as theoretical analysis tools,adopts research methods such as literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,follows the development law of higher education in Inner Mongolia,and closely focuses on the scientific,diversified,legal and informational characteristics of the modern internal governance system of Inner Mongolia minzu universities.Based on empirical research,This paper examines and analyzes the predicament and causes of internal governance modernization in Inner Mongolia minzu universities from four dimensions: governance concept,governance subject,governance mode and governance means,and puts forward to establish a rational governance concept to stimulate the internal driving force of governance subjects;Actively play the guiding role of the government and strengthen pluralistic co-governance;Adhere to the rule of law and improve the governance system;Integrating intelligent technology,improving the governance efficiency of Inner Mongolia Minzu Universities and other ways to promote the internal governance modernization of Inner Mongolia Minzu Universities,so as to provide a useful theoretical reference for promoting the governance modernization of Inner Mongolia Minzu Universities,promote the high-quality development of higher education in Inner Mongolia,promote the cultivation of high-quality talents,and run a satisfactory higher education for the people.
