The Research On The Connotation,Path And Mechanism Of "Three Complete Educations" In Colleges And Universities

VIContent:As the backbone of national development,college students can only have rich knowledge and broad knowledge to undertake the great responsibilities of the times.The ability and responsibility of college students will have a direct impact on the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.In order to become a talented person with both moral and talent in the new era,its forerunner is to have moral character,which can correctly use their own knowledge and exert their own ability,so that theory and practice can be more accurately combined.Moral education is a long-term and systematic work,which needs to form a joint effort to promote moral education.As a new way to train new people in the times,the mode of "three full education" follows the law of ideological and political education,implements the fundamental requirements of establishing morality and building people,and is the inevitable need of educational development.The problems of formalization and labelling appear in the application of the model,which expose the problems of imperfect education team,breakpoint in the process of educating people,and incomplete orientation of educating people.Colleges and universities are the main position for moral education.How the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities is related to the development direction of the whole society and the moral quality of the whole staff,this paper starts from the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly the combing and interpretation of the basic theoretical problems of the three full learning.First of all,the connotation of "three full education" in colleges and universities is defined,and the relationship between the three is analyzed.Secondly,the formation process of "three full education" in colleges and universities is combed from five aspects: foundation,germination,exploration,development,perfection and innovation.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of "three full education" in colleges and universities,mainly from the contemporary western moral education theory,the relevant theory of Marxism and its direct theoretical basis,that is,the coordinated control law of ideological and political education,and systematically analyzes the theoretical basis of "three full education ".Finally,the practical significance of "three full education" in colleges and universities is further explored." three full education " in colleges and universities is the inherent requirement to carry out the fundamental task of creating people by virtue,the effective way to cultivate new people in the times and the effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The second part discusses the concrete operation path from theory to practice.Starting from the implementation of "three full education" in colleges and universities,the concrete realization path is put forward.The author thinks that the implementation path of "three full education" in colleges and universities should include four aspects.Firstly,we should deepen the teaching reform,optimize the education mode,give full play to the guiding role of moral education,combine the thought of moral education with teaching practice and curriculum evaluation standard;build the teaching system of whole subject education,strengthen the main channel construction of ideological and political curriculum,fully excavate the educational elements of each subject;construct the three-dimensional scientific education mode,that is," three full education " mode;secondly,we should strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers,pay attention to the cultivation of their political accomplishment,scientific research ability and educational ability;To promote the construction of counselors,enhance their educational responsibilities,theoretical literacy,ability quality;strengthen the ideological and political cultivation of professional teachers,enhance their awareness of moral education,improve their ideological and political theory level;third,we should innovate teaching methods,promote curriculum education,and pay attention to " accurate indoctrination ";carry out practical education,strengthen ideological guidance,carry out the construction of practical activity bases and enrich the forms of practical activities;strengthen psychological education,use network research activities;strengthen psychological education,use network research’ psychological obstacles,through the network platform.Finally,we should strengthen the pertinence of all aspects of moral education,carry out pilot education,targeted education and employment entrepreneurship education;strengthen the effective connection between the two classes,renew educational ideas and strengthen practical guidance;do a good job of educating people in the spare time,adopt diversified ways of educating people,and improve students’ self-education ability.The third part explores the construction mechanism of "three complete education" in universities.The long-term nature of ideological and political work in colleges and universities requires us to explore its guarantee mechanism.From four aspects,the author probes into the operation mechanism of "three full education" in colleges and universities.First of all,we should build a cooperative education mechanism,adhere to the unified leadership of party committee departments,strengthen the construction of leading bodies in colleges and universities and grass-roots party organizations;strengthen the main battlefield position of classroom teaching,adhere to the ideological and political curriculum with the times,professional curriculum moral education;enhance the awareness of functional departments,management education and service education;secondly,to ensure the smooth progress of education,we should mainly improve the supervision system,set up supervision objectives,set up supervision team;improve the incentive system,clear incentive purposes and principles,adopt a variety of incentive methods;To improve the evaluation system of educating people,to use scientific evaluation methods and to construct the ideological and political evaluation system of the curriculum;third,to carry out the construction of campus environment and infrastructure by optimizing the environmental mechanism,that is,to optimize the material environment of creating people by virtue;to perfect the system environment headed by virtue,to insist on people-oriented and moral education first;to grasp the cultural environment of moral education,to strengthen the propaganda of excellent traditional culture,and to give play to the leading role of socialist core values;and finally,to keep pace with the times,to expand and perfect the network education mechanism,that is,to build the network ideological and political education platform,to build the teacher-student interactive platform and the ideological and political resources platform;To create a self-education media environment,network supervision and value guidance;to achieve online and offline education integration,play to the advantages of online and offline,online and offline organic integration.
