The number of de facto orphans in rural areas should not be underestimated.Due to the imperfect material and welfare security of de facto orphans,they do not belong to "orphans" in the legal recognition,so they cannot enjoy the same material security and psychological attention as orphans.In recent years,experts and scholars have paid more attention to this special group.Due to the incomplete family structure and lack of family care,the mental health status of de facto orphans is not optimistic.Among them,the low sense of self-efficacy is the main psychological problem they face.When I worked as an intern in Ningxia H social work institutions understand that most of the rural fact orphans to feeling,sense,and perceived value is low,their mental and physical development of key stage,for greater sensitivity to external pressure and curious about the resulting interpersonal barriers,stigmatized,academic difficulties and other issues appear frequently,seriously affect the children’s physical and mental health growth.This study self-efficacy theory as the theoretical basis,the participation observation,depth interview method,questionnaire method,fully studies the fact orphan needs and problems,in a group work method in rural orphans low self-efficacy facts,around experienced master sexual experience,vicarious experience,verbal persuasion,physical and emotional state as the foothold,to help orphans fact set up correct self-awareness,master the ability to solve problems and deal with the problem,learning goals and planning objectives,so as to enhance their self-efficacy.Based on this,it also provides a clear idea for social work to intervene in the promotion of selfefficacy of special groups,and helps the healthy growth of de facto orphans.Through the group work intervention of de facto orphans,this research mainly draws the following four conclusions: First,due to the homogeneity of the group of de facto orphans,the group work intervention method has a significant effect on improving the ability of this group;Second,in the process of group intervention,the combination of group work method and the four aspects of self-efficacy theory plays an important role in helping the de facto orphans to improve their self-efficacy.Thirdly,in the process of social work intervention,we guide the de facto orphans to interpret the setbacks and challenges they face due to their family situation in a positive way,which is of positive significance to the improvement of de facto orphans’ self-efficacy.Fourth,a good professional relationship is the basis for enhancing the self-efficacy of de facto orphans.Flexible use of practical social work skills,full understanding and respect for de facto orphans and unconditional acceptance are the keys to establishing professional relations with them.
