Case Work Intervention Study On The Stress Relief Of Family Caregiver Of Disabled Elderly In X Community Of Shijiazhuang

The aging problem in our country is very serious in the process of development.China is currently not only facing the trend of population aging,but also facing the problem of the increasing proportion of disabled elderly.Long-term care of disabled elderly has become a serious social problem.The issue of elderly disabled elderly care has attracted attention from the society.With age,various parts of the human body gradually decline,and physical health will also be affected.The elder are more likely to suffer from various diseases.Some elderly people become unable to take care of themselves,some elderly people are even bedridden all the time.These elderly people need special caregivers who are responsible for daily living,taking medicines,and seeing doctors.The vast majority of the elderly in society are still mainly taken care of by their families,and the caregivers are family members.Compared with caring for the healthy elderly,the care work of the disabled elderly is more cumbersome and the care time is longer.The heavy care tasks increase the burden on the caregiver’s life and the pressure increases,and the family caregivers of the urban disabled elderly are forced to bear There are many physical,psychological,economic,and social pressures.Therefore,in this context,how to relieve the caregiving pressure of the urban disabled elderly family caregivers has become an urgent problem.This article takes the family caregivers of the disabled elderly group in the X community of Shijiazhuang City as the research object,using professional social work practices and using questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate the research objects,in-depth analysis of the pressures and causes of the pressure on the research objects.The three types of family caregivers: internal disorder,poor environment,and lack of hope are used to intervene with casework methods,and provide services to the client under the guidance of social support theory and hierarchy of needs theory,thereby alleviating to a certain extent the pressure they are under.
