With the deepening of the aging of our country’s population,the number of disabled elderly people is increasing day by day.Although the old-age care model is constantly updated,most of the relatives of the disabled elderly in urban areas will still choose home care for the elderly because it is convenient to take care and save the elderly.Expenses and other advantages.But at the same time,the pressure on caregivers of disabled elderly people is also increasing.Nowadays,all sectors of society pay more attention to the disabled elderly themselves,but their caregivers lack attention.How to help caregivers of disabled elderly people to reduce their pressure requires the caregivers’ own social support system to provide them with support.As a profession and profession that helps others to help themselves,social work has the responsibility and obligation to use professional methods to help caregivers of disabled elderly people in real life to reduce their stress conditions.This paper will take as an example the case of how to relieve the stress of the disabled elderly in the city and the family caregivers.It will be based on the strengthening theory and social support network based on the stress relief therapy adopted by the current society.Through four parts Start a case analysis.After an in-depth analysis of such cases,the author concluded that: because caregivers usually have cognitive deviations in life and social support,they often suffer from maladjustment.Therefore,mental state,financial capacity,social style and caring for the elderly are four.The aspect has become the main source of client pressure.In order to alleviate the pressure on the clients of such cases,the author reorganized their personal networks,work resources,and surrounding life resources,so that such clients have received new support in the society.The results of the reorganization model and the final development of this type of case show that family caregivers have fully alleviated and resolved the pressure on the disabled elderly in the city.The author can basically achieve the goal,close the case smoothly,and further optimize this type of case model to facilitate subsequent follow-up services.
