With the development of economy and society, the "intelligent" manufacturing industry has put forward new requirements for skilled talents. The number of manufacturing enterprises in Sichuan ranks fifth in China, and the gross output ranks first in the western region. In the transformation from a big manufacturing province to a strong manufacturing province, secondary vocational education directly serves the local industry, and the reform of industrial robot has received much attention. The emergence of the "1+X" certificate system has adapted to the requirements for the transformation of talent cultivation from skill-based to compound-based.In order to better implement and promote the "1+X" certification system, the construction and transformation of the training base should be a priority for the industrial robot major of secondary vocational schools. The study is based on the background of the "1+X" certificate system, and under the framework of the modern secondary vocational education system. The existing industrial robot professional training base is chosen for the research object,Related enterprises, vocational school teachers, students and other stakeholders are recruited as research subject.Literature research methods and survey methods are used for in-depth study.First, identify the new requirements of the "1+X" certificate system for the training base: The training base are required to achieve a comprehensive and in-depth integration of production and education;the skill standards must be more aligned with the actual situation of the company’s position;the training system must achieve the integration of documents and certificates;the training base must provide training service for members of the society.Secondly,420 questionnaires were distributed to students majoring in industrial robotics in 5 secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province to evaluate and investigate the hard power, soft power and construction effectiveness of the training base;42 questionnaires were distributed to industrial robot teachers in 5 secondary vocational schools to investigate the strength of teachers, training system,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.;41 representatives of robot-related companies in Sichuan were interviewed. Finally,by analyzing the results,it is found that the current industrial robot professional training base of secondary vocational schools has problems such as unreasonable planning and distribution of training rooms, lack of connection between training courses and vocational certificates, inflexible two-way channels for school-enterprise teachers, and single subject of skill evaluation.According to the drawbacks, this paper analyzed the causes.Based on the survey results,an optimization strategy for the industrial robot professional training base of secondary vocational schools based on the "1+X" certificate system is proposed. The overall recommendation is to issue guidance documents for the construction of training bases for the "1+X" certificate system and establish a "three-in-one" guarantee system as well as a "government-school-enterprise" communication mechanism.Specific measures include docking the training room with the certificate group, speeding up the "five docking" of course certificate integration, introducing a "combined professional and concurrent" mixed faculty team, carrying out a full range of practical training, training courses, and appraisal services.Innovations of this study:(1)From the perspective of the "1+X" certificate, optimize research on the vocational education training base.Since the construction of the "1+X" certificate system is an extremely complex and cross-system cooperation project, the author first clarifies the composition of the various stakeholders in the "1+X" certificate system before conducting research.Based on the status quo of the base, optimization countermeasures are proposed.(2)Based on empirical research, systematic countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Starting from the four vocational skill rating certificates currently included in the industrial robot major, and based on the existing conditions of the training base, the author proposes an optimization strategy from overall recommendations to specific measures for the training base to achieve optimization of training base from macro to micro. |
