Study On Training Objectives And Implementation Approaches Of Industrial Robot Professionals In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,as industrial robot applications to further expand in the manufacturing industry,to release more employment opportunities for the human resources market.However,the professional development of the industrial robot starting late,limited teaching resources,Students' quality is limited,determines its schools cannot equal competition with other levels.Therefore,this research chose the secondary vocational school of industrial robot professionals training objectives and implementation approaches as the research problem.This study through literature analysis,mathematical statistics method,investigation method,the integrated use of big data analysis and other research methods,from the technology such as the present situation of the industrial robots professional talent training objectives,professional construction situation,students become demand present situation and market demand,industrial robots,enterprises and so on five aspects of the research.Concrete implementation aspect,this study is a comb through various means to collect 30 secondary vocational technical schools in guangdong province the talents training goal of industrial robots professional expression data information;2 it is stratified sampling 10 secondary vocational and technical school of teaching management,professional,head of the teachers,professional on-site interviews and questionnaires,respectively;Three is stratified sampling10 secondary vocational and technical schools respectively on the questionnaire survey to 860 students and 200 graduates.Four is the questionnaires of 70 enterprises,including industrial robot ontology 15 production enterprises,industrial robot 12,industrial robot application system integration enterprise 43;Five is the use of the crawler technology from each big recruitment website to collect 7690 industrial robots related recruitment information of big data,and using the method of text clustering was summarized sorting.This study based on the analysis of the investigation and study data,respectively from the professional talent training goal,professional courses,professional foundation construction,professional talent training mode and so on four dimensions of secondary vocational technical school of industrial robot this paper summarizes the problems existing in the present situation of talent cultivation.Finally,this study on the problem of attribution for reflection on the basis of relevant state policies,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.In secondary vocational and technical schools industrial robots professional talents training target four concrete countermeasures are given: the goal of talent cultivation orientation,generalrequirements and direction of professional personnel training target is built and cohesion mode;In the secondary vocational and technical schools industrial robots approaches to realizing the goal of talent cultivation that gives three Suggestions: specialty curriculum construction,infrastructure,professional personnel training mode.
