The industrial robot major in vocational colleges,as a newly opened major,still faces many problems and challenges that need to be solved urgently.For example: the content of practical training courses and project planning and design of industrial robots are not comprehensive enough,which is out of touch with the skills possessed by the talents required by companies and enterprises.This makes the professional and technical personnel cultivated by vocational schools in recent years have been unable to meet the needs of enterprises.In order to effectively solve this series of problems faced by vocational colleges.It is particularly important to design and construct a professional training course system that can adapt to the acceptance and learning ability of vocational students and connect with the needs of enterprises in view of the actual learning situation of vocational students.In order to explore and solve the problems existing in the teaching design of practical training courses for industrial robot majors in various vocational schools Analyze the actual teaching situation of electromechanical related training to determine the training target and training mode of this major in vocational colleges in China.This article also discusses the teaching methods of industrial robots,and selects the appropriate teaching methods for the practical training courses of this major.Secondly,the author carefully observes and records the class of practical teaching of industrial robots and related mechatronics majors in vocational schools when conducting educational internships in vocational colleges in Tianjin to specifically analyze students 'class And practical training courses.Combined with the resources of the vocational school's current practical training courses for this major,the practical training course system of this major has been designed to more closely meet the actual needs,including the practical training courses arranged for each semester of this major and the number of practical training courses.The formulation,and content of practical training courses and project planning and design.On the basis of the original,try our best to make the design of the practical training course system of this major more reasonable and scientific,better cultivate the skills,practice and operation ability of this major student.Finally,I hope that through the analysis and research in this article,I can make a little contribution to the development and innovation of the practical training course design for industrial robots in vocational colleges in our country.
