With the advent of the "Industry 4.0" era,the intelligent manufacturing industry has become an indispensable part of the first 10-year plan of action for China's manufacturing power strategy.As a typical field in the intelligent manufacturing industry,industrial robots have also received unprecedented attention.As the cradle of the training of skilled talents in China,various secondary vocational education schools have added the new profession of industrial robots in order to cultivate first-line high-quality laborers and technical and skilled talents for the corresponding industries in society.As the industrial robots are not mature at the level of secondary vocational education,the actual implementation of the training system is not in line with the students' ability and social needs.This study attempts to take the J school of G province as an example,and finds its shortcomings through the in-depth analysis of the current industrial robot training system.Combined with the quality of the secondary vocational students,the existing conditions and resources of the school and the specific requirements and suggestions of the relevant cooperative enterprises in the process of building the professional training system,and on the basis of following the principles of the construction of the training system and the basis of the construction of the training system,the scientific and complete training system of the professional is completed.Including the planning and selection of professional training courses for industrial robots,the specific design of training programs,the selection of training teachers,the configuration of training environment.Finally,the connotation of the "1+X" certificate system of vocational colleges is introduced.The relationship between the system and the implementation effect of the training system constructed by the study is analyzed.Taking the industrial robot specialty of J School as an example,the paper analyzes the actual needs of the enterprise and makes recommendations for introducing relevant certificate system.In order to provide a certain reference for the construction of the training system of industrial robots in China's secondary vocational level.
