At present,the talents trained in the profession of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools cannot meet the needs of the development of intelligent manufacturing.Therefore,it is urgent for us to make a reform of education and teaching in the profession of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools.Curriculum development is the most important link at the micro level of education and teaching reform.And the Industrial Robot Operation and Programming course is the core course of the industrial robot professional skill module in secondary vocational schools.The Typical task analysis method applied to curriculum development can cultivate students ’ comprehensive vocational ability.Based on typical professional tasks,this research conducts the development of the course of the Industrial Robot Operation and Programming in order to cultivate industrial robot operation and programming talents that meet the needs of the intelligent manufacturing industry.Based on a large amount of literature,first,this research thoroughly analyzed the research situation based on the typical task-related curriculum reform,curriculum development and industrial robot professional teaching,clarified the curriculum development ideas,and defined the core concepts.Then,with the ways of questionnaire survey,interview and comparative research,this paper makes a comprehensive research on enterprises and vocational schools to understand the demand of industrial robot operation and programming personnel,find out the establishment and teaching situation of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming courses in secondary vocational schools.Through research the problem of the mismatch between the supply and demand of industrial robot operations and programming talents was discovered.In order to solve the above problem,the course development and research of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming was carried out from the following eight aspects.Firstly,three typical professional tasks were determined through the enterprise practice expert seminar.Secondly,the typical professional tasks were specifically analyzed: industrial robot system operation and programming debugging.Thirdly,based on the analysis of typical professional tasks,the Industrial Robot Operation and Programming course is positioned,and the Industrial Robot Operation and Programming course standard has been formulated.Fourthly,the curriculum objectives have been developed from the three aspects of knowledge,ability and quality.Fifthly,the contents of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming course are selected with the consideration of the actual teaching conditions and the reference of he national vocational skill standards for industrial robot operators.Sixthly,five learning situations and corresponding learning tasks incorporating ideological and political elements are designed.Seventhly,The action-oriented teaching method is used to design the teaching implementation that is connected to the production process.Eighthly,curriculum resources and curriculum evaluation programs are developed to improve the quality of teaching.Last but not least,the teaching implementation of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming course is explained as below.We conduct the teaching practice for the course developed of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming in the industrial robot major of secondary vocational school.Taking the example of learning task material handling as an example,a teaching practice case is written to provide a reference for the implementation of the Industrial Robot Operation and Programming course.Teaching practice shows that the development of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming courses has improved students’ professional skills in operating,programming,and debugging industrial robots,strengthened students’ core competitiveness in solving engineering projects on their own,and cultivated students’ good qualities such as carefulness,concentration,and self-confidence.
