In the environment of "school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and learning",the most crucial thing for secondary vocational schools is to build a matching teaching and training base and training base.In the new era,it is advocated to give full play to the role of social forces,and gradually promote the development of secondary vocational education with multiple integration,openness,and integration of production and education,so as to replace the single formal campus education.The construction of training base is helpful to improve the efficiency of vocational training and cultivate highly skilled personnel.This is in line with the concept of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises in the new era,so that students can learn skills and knowledge that meet the needs of enterprise development,coordinate the elements of theory,entrance,practice and employment,implement the students' career navigation plan,and promote the development of students' employment knowledge and skills.This will help to optimize the quality of secondary vocational school education,improve the quality of personnel training,and open up its employment prospects.Taking the computer major of Lanzhou Polytechnic Secondary Professional School as an example,this paper explores the construction of training bases in secondary vocational schools.According to the research,there are still many problems in the construction of practical training bases for computer majors in secondary vocatiol schools,including non-standard base construction,inadequate cooperation between schools and enterprises,inadequate play of the leading role of the government and inadequate training of teachers.Finally,according to the actual situation of computer specialty in secondary vocational schools,it is proposed that the government should give full play to its overall coordinating role and formulate relevant policies to optimize the allocation of resources between schools and enterprises based on the need of building practical training bases;enhance the awareness of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthen corporate responsibility and the role of vocational schools themselves through collaboration of enterprise platforms,and increase investment for the society.Conduct training and service activities.On thisbasis,we should also establish an evaluation system,evaluate the quality of practical training teaching by social participation,straighten out the management relationship among "government,school and enterprise",improve the cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise,and attach importance to the training of "double-qualified" teachers,so as to protect the development of secondary vocational education. |
