A Study On The Development Path Of Table Tennis Training Institutions Outside School In Henan Province Under The "Double Reduction" Policy

In recent decades,the country has continued to pay attention to quality education for adolescents.Since the issuance of the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Offcampus Training for Students in Compulsory Education"(hereinafter referred to as the "Double Reduction" policy),the off-school discipline training industry has been restricted,while sports training has shown a rapid development trend.Table tennis,as China’s national sport,has a strong mass base and a large number of participants.The off-school table tennis training market will enter a high-speed development stage.This article takes the administrators,coaches,and consumers(parents)of off-school table tennis training institutions of different scales in 18 cities in Henan Province(including Anyang City,Zhengzhou City,Luoyang City,Shangqiu City,and Xinyang City as representatives)as the research objects.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews,and quantitative statistics,this article conducts a survey and research on nine aspects of off-school table tennis training institutions in Henan Province,such as certification for running schools,and standardized enrollment,The analysis of the existing problems will provide theoretical assistance for the healthy development of table tennis training institutions outside of school in Henan Province,and further standardize the behavioral standards and management guidelines established by various institutions.Research conclusions:(1)Most institutions are mainly private and tend to be stable,and the types of venues are mainly personal owned and leased;Institutions have a high rate of "running schools with certificates";The recruitment promotion method is mainly traditional,supplemented by online publicity.(2)Charging methods are mainly based on class hours and mixed fees;The internal structure of the institution is relatively complete,with the majority of the responsible persons being full-time undergraduate sports majors with certain management and learning abilities;Institutional coaches are mainly part-time,and students are relatively satisfied with both the training institution and the coaches.(3)The proportion of institutions purchasing workplace liability insurance reaches47%.Most institutions are equipped with medical emergency drugs,but automatic defibrillators(AEDs)are lacking.The existing institutions include: imperfect market supervision system and insufficient supervision;The publicity model has not yet broken existing limitations and is not innovative enough;The internal management system is not perfect;The overall level of coaches varies greatly;There are loopholes in institutional security and other issues.In order to promote the sound and standardized development of institutions,the following countermeasures and methods are proposed:(1)The government needs to strengthen supervision,innovate law enforcement methods,and improve law enforcement efficiency.(2)Build brand characteristics and innovate enrollment promotion methods.(3)Comprehensively interpret policies and establish a sound operational management system.(4)Improve the overall quality of coaches and regularly cultivate talents.(5)Establish an institutional safety management system to ensure the safety of institutions and students.
