Education plays leading function for development of human beings,especially the school education that shoulders the important mission of foster character and civic virtue.Labor education as important component part of education is also the only way which must be passed by students in growth.In recent years,the nation proposed new requirements for the development of labor education affair,and provided guidance on content and routine on carrying out labor education in Education Guidance Outline(trial implementation)of College,Middle School and Elementary school labor education,it was proposed that labor education could be mechanically permeated in subject majors in order to realize cultivation of students’ labor literacy.High school biology is a basic subject of natural science,its basic conception and labor education conception have much in common,and the teaching material contains a lot of knowledge and material regarding labor education.Therefore,high school biology subject has the advantage to implement labor education,and the biology teacher is responsible for permeating labor education in biology teaching.Firstly,this research combs the labor education goal of the new time is to comprehensively improve labor literacy of students by taking the national labor education policy as guidance according to requirement of General High School Biology Course Standard(2017 version,revised in 2020),labor literacy includes content of the four different dimensions of labor conception,labor ability,labor spirit,and labor habit and quality.The survey results show that the current labor education in general high schools is not generally emphasized due to the influence of exam-oriented education and stereotypes,while there are no teachers specialized in labor education in schools and other teachers lack practical experience in the implementation of labor education,and in the process of labor education,the form of labor education is single,and most of the labor education only stays at the theoretical level,with relatively little labor practice,and labor education cannot be As a result,students do not pay enough attention to labor education and their labor literacy needs to be further improved.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures should be taken:(1)publicity should be strengthened,all staff should participate,and a good labor education atmosphere should be created;(2)Example demonstration and active guidance;(3)Improve the labor education system and establish a labor practice base.Finally,according to the General High School Biology Course Standard(2017version,revised in 2020)and the connotation of labor literacy,the labor education materials in the compulsory and selective compulsory textbooks of senior high school biology(2019 Edition)published by the people’s education press were excavated and sorted out from four different dimensions: Labor concept,labor ability,labor spirit,labor habits and quality,and a total of 57 labor education materials were sorted out,Each labor education material should cultivate students’ labor literacy in one or more dimensions,among which 31 are related to labor concepts,24 to labor ability,28 to labor spirit,and 23 to labor habits and qualities.Taking the section "plant auxin" as an example,this paper designs a teaching case of infiltrating labor education into biology teaching in senior high school,analyzes the case and teaching strategies,and puts forward the following suggestions for infiltrating labor education into biology teaching in Senior High School:(1)Make full use of labor education material,search for entry point to permeate labor education;(2)plan the time for labor education reasonably with the local actual situation;(3)Choose reasonable permeating method according to different labor education content.Hope this study could draw the teachers’ attention on labor education,and also provide reference and routine for myself and biology teachers of other high school to implement labor education in teaching. |
