Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Refereeing Ability Of First-level Badminton Referees In Sichuan Province

Sichuan badminton first-level referees are the main reserve force of high-level referees,and through the evaluation of their refereeing ability,it is conducive to the selection and training of referees,and also conducive to the understanding and improvement of referees.Taking the Sichuan badminton first-level referee ability evaluation index system as the research object,taking 25 national and above badminton referees as the survey object,and using Delphi method,analytic hierarchy method and other research methods,the Sichuan Province badminton first-level referee evaluation index system was constructed,the badminton first-level referee ability evaluation table was designed,and 22 first-level referees were evaluated,and the following conclusions were reached:(1)The content of the evaluation index system of the referee’s referee ability of first-level badminton referees in Sichuan Province was established,including three first-level evaluation indicators,namely "professional ethics","professional ability" and "basic quality";The six secondary evaluation indicators were "professional quality","moral quality","theoretical knowledge of referee","on-the-spot adjudication ability","psychological quality" and "physical condition".and 24 tertiary evaluation indicators.(2)The weight of various evaluation indicators at all levels in the evaluation index system of the referee’s referee ability of first-level badminton referees in Sichuan Province was established.The weights of the first-level evaluation indicators were professional ethics(0.252),professional ability(0.488)and basic quality(0.260),while the weights of the second-level evaluation indicators were: professional quality(0.129),moral quality(0.123),theoretical knowledge of referees(0.212),on-the-spot refereeing ability(0.276),psychological quality(0.230)and physical condition(0.030).(3)The evaluation index scale of the referee’s referee’s ability to referee in Sichuan Province was established,and the evaluation results of 22 badminton first-level referees were analyzed and found that the overall performance of the referees who were evaluated was better,and the level of professional ethics was high,but there were still areas that needed to be improved,the learning of competition rules and competition regulations needed to be strengthened,and more attention should be paid to the learning of English,and at the same time,it was necessary to improve the on-the-spot refereeing ability and strengthen the exercise of psychological quality.
