Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index Of Basketball Referee's Refereeing Abilit

Due to the cross-generational progress of training methods,techniques and tactics,and the use of various high-tech equipment in the game,today’s basketball events have developed rapidly,and the level of basketball events is also closely related to the level of referees.Basketball referees are the guarantee for the smooth development of basketball events and an important part of their development.It is of certain theoretical and practical significance to meet the needs of the development of basketball sports events,establish an evaluation index for the ability of Sichuan basketball referees,and further promote the development of basketball referees in Sichuan Province.This paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis method and mathematical statistics method.It takes the evaluation index of the ability of basketball referees in Sichuan Province as the research object,and aims to build the evaluation index of the ability of basketball referees in Sichuan Province.Through the practical application of the final evaluation index,the basketball referee Members find their own shortcomings,so as to promote the referees to constantly shape themselves and improve their ability to judge,and also assist the Sichuan Basketball Association in the assessment and scheduling of referees in various competitions in Sichuan.This study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)After investigation and research,it has built three first-level indicators,namely professional ethics,professional quality,professional quality,physical and psychological quality,and 14 second-level indicators,that is,love and dedication,honesty and trustworthiness,justice,serving the masses,dedication to society,theoretical knowledge level,on-the-spot judgment level,relevant experience,and physical health.,physical sports quality,external image,self-confidence,stress resistance,anti-interference ability,50 three-level indicators of Sichuan basketball referee rating indicators.(2)The weight analysis shows that the proportion of business quality in the first-level indicators is the largest,which is 0.4079,the professional ethics is 0.3155,and the physical and psychological quality is 0.2766,indicating that attention should be paid to the improvement of business quality.The consistency has been tested,including the second-level and third-level indicators,and the results are in line with Requirements for induced testing.(3)Analyze the indicators at all levels,take the four levels of excellent,good,medium and poor as the benchmark requirements,and formulate an evaluation scale of the ability of basketball referees in Sichuan Province,form a specific evaluation method,and finally complete the construction of the evaluation index of the ability of basketball referees in Sichuan Province.
