Track and field is known as the mother of sports.It is one of the main events in the sports meeting,and it is also one of the events with a large number of entries and participants.It is also one of the events that have won the gold medal and set a new record.The development of track and field sports is closely related to the development of the competition.The smooth development of the competition cannot be separated from the existence of the referee.The referee is the organizer and executor of the competition,and bears more work support in the competition.The role of the referee in the competition can be imagined.With the improvement of the economic level,the competitive level of athletes is also getting higher and higher,and the requirements for referees are also relatively strict.The judgment scale and the understanding of rules of referees in the competition will affect the performance of athletes.Therefore,to make accurate and fast judgments in the competition,referees need not only professional quality and noble ideological and moral quality,but also psychological quality and physical quality as a guarantee,More importantly,we should combine our own experience with practice to perfectly perform the exercise and show the charm of track and field sports.Therefore,on the basis of learning from the qualities and abilities that the referees should have,and according to the characteristics and nature of the work of track and field referees,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interviews,Delphi,mathematical statistics,and other methods,and combines the suggestions of experts,and finally develops indicators to evaluate the ability of track and field referees to execute,so that the final indicators are scientific,reasonable,and specific,In addition,the evaluation index system of track and field referees’ judging ability has been constructed and the weight of indicators at all levels has been determined,aiming at improving the judging ability of track and field referees,improving themselves,improving the judging quality in the competition,providing a certain theoretical basis for the selection and training of referees,and promoting the overall high-quality development of track and field referees.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of track and field referees’ judging ability has been constructed,including four first-level indicators including ideological and moral quality,professional quality,psychological quality and physical quality,and 14 second-level indicators including ideological attitude,moral quality,moral behavior,judging experience,professional knowledge,on-the-spot ability,overall situation awareness,emotion,intelligence,willpower,reflective ability,appearance,physical exercise quality and physical endurance quality,There are 54 three-level indicators,such as whether they have a strong sense of ambition and responsibility,whether they have a strong sense of time,whether they can respect coaches and athletes in the competition,and whether they can maintain a good sense of service for the referee work.(2)Determine the weight of each index through Delphi method and Likert five-grade scoring method.According to the weight value,we can see the importance of each index at each level,and analyze the weight of the index,and compare which indexes have a greater impact on the evaluation of the track and field referee’s judging ability.(3)The evaluation index of track and field referees’ execution ability constructed in this study fills the theoretical gap in the evaluation direction of the referee’s execution ability,provides reference for the evaluation of track and field referees’ execution ability,lays a certain theoretical foundation for the evaluation and training of track and field referees’ execution ability in the future,and provides the possibility of filing and archiving data for the evaluation of track and field referees’ execution ability. |
