Research On Comprehensive Ability Evaluation Index System For First Level Football Referees

Since China’s football professionalism in 1994,football has been more and more popular with the people in China.With the improvement of the quality of professional league,the competition scale is becoming larger and larger,and the requirements for football referees are also increasing.In addition,sports bears the dream of national prosperity and the rise of the nation,and the revitalization of football is one of the important symbols of building a sports power.The revitalization of football requires a large number of professional football talents,and football referees are part of it.The cultivation of football referees is also an indispensable force for the healthy development of football.As far as the research status of Chinese football referees is concerned,although a relatively perfect training system has been formed in the training and management of football referees,there is a lack of a relatively systematic evaluation index system for the evaluation of football referees.Therefore,this study has certain theoretical reference significance for the construction of the evaluation index system of first-grade football referees’ comprehensive ability.In this study,the comprehensive ability evaluation index system of first-level football referees is taken as the research object,and scientific research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are used for investigation and analysis,so as to construct the comprehensive ability evaluation index system of first-level football referees,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through literature data method and expert interview method,the evaluation index of comprehensive ability of first-level football referees is preliminatively established.After two rounds of expert correspondence consultation by Delphi method,the final evaluation index system is screened and analyzed,and the evaluation index system of comprehensive ability of first-level football referees is constructed,which includes three first-level indexes,namely professional ethics,personal quality and professional ability.There are 13 second-class indexes and 41 third-class indexes.The evaluation index system can provide theoretical reference for Chinese sports departments to evaluate the comprehensive ability of first-class soccer referees.(2)The weight values of all indexes of comprehensive ability of first-level football referees were established through analytic hierarchy process.The top three of the first level index weight are business ability,personal quality and professional ethics;The top three indexes in the weight ranking of the second level are physical quality,accuracy of punishment and theoretical cultural knowledge.The top three indexes are recognition of foul action,endurance quality and familiarity with football competition rules and refereeing laws.(3)The comprehensive ability of Grade I football referees in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education was investigated by self-evaluation.The overall score of Grade I football referees’ comprehensive ability was 80.05 points,indicating that the comprehensive ability of most Grade I football referees in our school could basically meet the requirements of all kinds of amateur football matches.Through three referees’ evaluation of the comprehensive ability of three first-level football referees in Nanjing University of Sport,comparing the self-evaluation of the referees,we know that the two evaluation scores are basically consistent.The evaluation index system of first-level football referees’ comprehensive ability constructed by this research has certain practical significance.
