Study On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of The First-level National Table Tennis Referees In Gansu Province

Since the International Olympic Committee restored China's only legitimate seat in 1979,China's tennis has developed rapidly.With the increase of competitions year by year,the demand for referees in international and domestic competitions is also increasing.The application of high-tech electronic equipment makes the refereeing work of table tennis tend to be modern,accurate and standardized.At the same time,the improvement of audience appreciation level is also a necessary factor to promote table tennis referees to improve their professional ability.This paper studies the evaluation system of the first-class national table tennis referees in Gansu Province,and analyses the present situation of the evaluation of the first-class national table tennis referees' on-the-spot judgment level in Gansu Province.It is found that there is no written,scientific and reasonable complete evaluation system at present.This paper proposes to establish an evaluation system of the referee's on-the-spot judgment level,and to evaluate the referee's on-the-spot judgment level qualitatively and quantitatively.From this,we can set up the business files of each referee in each referee's decision,and then integrate the files of the referee's overall decision situation in a certain stage of the competition,which not only helps to manage individual referees,but also helps to strengthen the objectivity of the game.In this paper,using the methods of documentation,expert interviews,delphi survey and analytic hierarchy process,by studying the present situation of the first-class national tennis referees' on-the-spot judgment level in Gansu Province,this paper preliminarily identifies the evaluation index of the on-the-spot judgment level,and then further identifies the evaluation index by means of questionnaire survey and expert scoring,dividing it into three first-level indicators,namely,professional ability,professional ethics and basic quality.Eight secondary indicators are knowledge reserve,on-the-spot ability,foreign language proficiency,executive experience,professional quality,moral quality,physical quality and psychological quality.And twenty third-level indicators.Finally,this paper calculates the weight ofthese indicators by analytic hierarchy process,and ranks them according to their importance,and finally determines the evaluation index of the referee's on-the-spot judgment level.The establishment of the index system provides a more scientific and objective basis for the evaluation of the referee's judgment level.The evaluation system of table tennis referees is an effective tool for scientific and objective evaluation of referees' professional level.At the same time,it can also help referees more clearly and concisely recognize their shortcomings.Formulating the table tennis referee's on-the-spot judgment level evaluation scale can give quantitative scores when evaluating the referee's on-the-spot judgment level,making the evaluation more concise,scientific and objective,helping to improve the referee's professional ability,and strengthening the echelon construction of national table tennis referees.
