Research On Construction Of Evaluation System Index Of The First Level National Table Tennis Umpires′ Judgment Ability In Ningxia

Sports games not only show the limits of human movement in competition,but also to test players’ training outcomes and make friends,and play a role in which a referee can’t be erased in a sports match.Even in table tennis,the referee plays the role of a judge,and the ability to judge a table tennis player is tried if he wants to guarantee fair fairness of the match.Since the Ningxia Hui autonomous region has a small population in the northwestern district and a relatively low rate of opportunity to take national matches,there are few opportunities for the pong referees in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region to participate in the National Games,and it is difficult to greatly improve the executive ability of the pong referee team in Ningxia.Since many of the Games in the autonomous region participate in national referee table tennis referees,their executive competence and level will have a great deal of impact on the game.The purpose of this study is to construct a relatively scientific evaluation system for the decision-making ability of the national referendum table tennis tribe in Ningxia.In order to promote the development of the table tennis level in the Ningxia District,it is prepared to develop the large scale game of each class and each group in order to promote the development of the table tennis level in the Ningxia District,and strive to match the level of enforcement of the table tennis referee national referee in the whole country,and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region He dedicated himself to the construction of the national table tennis team.The purpose of this study is to investigate the executive competence evaluation system of the national referendum table tennis tribe in Ningxia,Japan,using scientific literature,expert interview,Delphi,hierarchical analysis,and mathematical statistics an executive performance evaluation system for the national referendum table tennis tribe in Ningxia was established.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Interviews with experts were carried out through the retrieval of bibliographi cal data and the reference learning and research interviews of the results of other scholars.Four first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators have been initially formulated.Then,after the expert opinion and the mutation coefficient were collected through the questionnaires of the Delphi method of both wheel experts,the classification and revision coefficient of each grade were sorted,and finally,the establishment of the executive ability evaluation index system of the national referendum table tennis examiner of Ningxia Hui autonomous region was established,and four primary indexes,occupational morality,execution practice ability,and psychology 10 secondary indexes,including physical properties,moral quality,personal training,work methods,professional development skills,competence,defiance,capacity,body endurance,reacting ability,29 grade 3indicators,workplace love,diligence,serious behavior,and proper norm execution.2.The purpose of this study is to calculate the weight of each index of each class by using the hierarchical analysis method,and to carry out the order of the numerical value,that is,the importance,and to establish the executive ability evaluation system of the national referendum table tennis examiner in Ningxia.The gauge fairness,the operability were proven by using the gauge by using the gingko city table tennis tournament.3.The examiners’ scores evaluated by the experts objectively and reasonably reflect the actual decision-making capacity of the judges,and the analysis of the status of the scoring indicators is not only a tool for measuring the level of the level of the judges,but also by reflecting the lack of the ability of the lay judges,the lay judge immediately corrects his deficiency.You can try to advance to the right goal and direction.
