| The construction of the evaluation index system of basketball referees’ executive ability is an important measure to respond to the call of the China Basketball Association for substantive reform and to promote the construction of college basketball referees’ talent team.Nowadays,the changing complexity of foul characteristics and the tendency of violence in basketball games are becoming more and more common,which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of basketball referees to execute.As the backbone referees of the provincial league,college basketball league and enterprise and public institution basketball league,Yunnan college basketball referees need to standardize their judging ability from the perspective of development.Based on this,improving the judging ability of college basketball referees in Yunnan Province is one of the key issues in the development of basketball in Yunnan Province.It is particularly important to establish a scientific and practical evaluation index system of college basketball referees’ judging ability.The purpose of this study is to build an evaluation system of the execution ability of college basketball referees in Yunnan Province,mainly taking the evaluation index system of the execution ability of college basketball referees in Yunnan Province as the research object,using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,Delphi,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Through the application and difference analysis of the evaluation index system,we can clearly recognize the current situation and shortcomings of our own judging ability,and then continue to summarize and clarify the direction of improvement to improve the referee’s judging ability.Through the establishment of this evaluation system,it can provide valuable reference for various college basketball referees associations and provincial basketball associations,so as to select excellent basketball referees.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The construction of the evaluation index system of the refereeing ability of college basketball referees in Yunnan Province ensures that the constructed evaluation index system is scientific through the preliminary selection of evaluation indicators,the establishment of pre-questionnaires by consulting tutors and basketball referee experts,the establishment of evaluation index system by Delphi method,the statistical optimization of indicators by factor analysis method,the establishment of weights by principal component analysis method and the verification of evaluation scales,etc.,to ensure that the constructed evaluation index system is scientific,and also provides a certain theoretical basis for the training and evaluation of college basketball referees in Yunnan Province.(2)The evaluation index system of basketball referees in Yunnan Province constructed in this paper consists of 5 first-level indicators of "professional quality","professional ability","communication ability","psychological quality" and "physical fitness",15 second-level indicators such as "moral level","moral character","personal characteristics","theoretical cognition level","practical blowing and punishment level","refereeing experience","game control ability" and "reading game ability",as well as 55 third-level indicators.The weights of five first-level indicators were determined by principal component analysis,and the weights were sorted as follows: communication ability(0.2603),business ability(0.2508),psychological quality(0.2423),professional quality(0.1432),physical quality(0.1034),and the weights of second-level indicators and third-level indicators were normalized to calculate the results.(3)The evaluation of the refereeing ability of college basketball referees in Yunnan Province should be evaluated from multiple aspects and perspectives.Through the evaluation results,it is concluded that the expert evaluation results are positively correlated with the referee evaluation results,which is significantly different,which further shows that the basketball referees participating in the provincial games have strong referee ability,and are the best among the college basketball referees in Yunnan Province,and can be competent for the on-site referee task of the provincial games.Through preliminary application,it can be considered that the indicator system has certain practicality.(4)According to the results of the difference analysis,male referees are better than female referees in terms of professional ability and physical fitness,and female referees are better than male referees in communication ability.Graduate referees are better than basketball referees with bachelor’s and junior college degrees in terms of professionalism and psychological quality;National basketball referees are better than first-level and second-level basketball referees in terms of professional quality,professional ability,communication ability and psychological quality indicators;Referees with provincial league referee experience are superior to basketball referees with other referee experience in terms of business ability indicators and communication ability indicators. |
