In recent years,with the guidance of education policy and new curriculum reform to the field of homework,homework,as an important part of education and teaching,has gradually become a hot topic widely concerned by all walks of life.Since "Shuang Jian" policy,though elementary student’s homework problem has been significantly improved,but due to the elementary school higher grades students affected by factors such as traditional education appraisal standards,there is still a job number,type and grade of "excess" phenomenon,this paper consider related research such phenomenon and put forward constructive Suggestions,In order to reduce students’ workload and improve teachers’ teaching quality effectively.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method for research.On the basis of sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad,corresponding questionnaires are designed for students,teachers and parents.SPSS21.0 software is used for descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data.Combined with in-depth interviews with some teachers and parents and classroom observation,the research results are presented comprehensively,and the reasonable analysis of the phenomenon of "excessive" homework in senior primary school and its causes,and the relevant improvement countermeasures are discussed.The study found that the phenomenon of "excessive" homework in senior primary school mainly shows as "instrumental" orientation and "utilitarian" tendency;"Textual nature" operation and "Public Tragedy" phenomenon;"Unity" operation and "pattern" tendency;"Symbolic" marking and "result-based" evaluation;Parents’ "over-involvement" and "total control".Its causes mainly include: first,the operational values of "symbol materialization" and "tool rationality";Second,"soft execution" of system and "formalization" of management;Thirdly,the practice of guidance falls into "chaos" and homework becomes "teaching appendage".Fourth,the lack of students’ sense of identity and sense of responsibility;Fifth,"single subject" and "lack of indicators" evaluation system.In view of these reasons,the author puts forward the following improvement strategies,mainly including: skillfully use "path dependence" to implement "24 guidelines";Focus on "three combinations" and "integration" thinking;From "intellectualism" to "according to the outline of the link";To construct the "life-oriented" operation mode;Implement homework correction "multi-subject" and strengthen feedback.
