Under the "double reduction" policy,teachers are encouraged to design hierarchical homework.Through hierarchical design of homework,students at different levels can obtain homework in line with their actual level,so as to promote personalized development of students.Hierarchical assignment design is a teaching measure that respects the individualized growth of students and an important way to implement the "double reduction" policy.Therefore,it is very important to reasonably design and effectively implement hierarchical work.This paper studies the question of "how to meet students’ individual needs through stratified homework under the double-reduction policy".Based on the theory of teaching students according to their aptitude,multiple intelligences and the theory of the area of proximal development,it adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to carry out A questionnaire survey on the fifth and sixth grade students of A Primary School in Ganzhou City,and interviews the senior mathematics teachers of A primary school in Ganzhou City.To understand the current situation of mathematics homework in senior primary schools and teachers’ views on hierarchical homework.Then design and implement the objective,content,evaluation and reflection of the hierarchical math homework for senior primary school students.Take "Number and algebra" as an example,use the case study method,record the hierarchical homework design and implementation process of teachers,and analyze the hierarchical homework cases designed by teachers,and analyze the positive aspects and existing problems of teachers in hierarchical homework design.And on the basis of this summary and reflection.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that students’ interest in stratified homework has increased after the implementation of stratified homework,and at the same time,it also meets students’ individual needs for learning mathematics.Stratified homework design can also improve teachers’ quality,teachers’ and students’ teaching and learning efficiency,and form a good learning style in the class.However,in the implementation of hierarchical homework in senior primary schools,there are problems such as teachers’ lack of in-depth understanding of the "double reduction" policy,schools’lack of operational homework design schemes,and teachers’ lack of cooperation and resource sharing.The main reasons for these problems are teachers’ lack of homework design ability,complexity of hierarchical homework design,and weak sense of cooperation in discussion.In order to promote the development of students’ personality and satisfy their needs in learning,elementary school mathematics teachers should carry out scientific design of stratified homework.First of all,we should improve teachers’ professional ability and quality of mathematical hierarchical homework design from the level of schools and teachers themselves.Secondly,schools should improve the mechanism of mathematics hierarchical homework design and strengthen the overall management of homework.Finally,teachers should attach importance to the resource sharing of hierarchical homework design in primary school mathematics,use teaching and research activities to explore the problems encountered in hierarchical homework design,and strengthen the communication and discussion of hierarchical homework design in senior grades of primary school mathematics.
