Research On The Growth Companion Social Work Practice Of Vulnerable Children From The Perspective Of Social Support

Vulnerable children is an important group concerned by the state and society in the past ten years.The state and most provinces and cities have issued corresponding policies to help these children.However,family guardianship,which is closely related to children’s initiative and personalized growth,is difficult to be solved in a short period of time,and various policy supports provided for them have not formed a system or even become invalid.The initiative and personalized growth of Vulnerable children are suppressed,ignored and ignored.Existing policies and services fail to support Vulnerable children,which makes it difficult for many Vulnerable children to cope with difficulties,escape from difficulties,and grow up independently.This study believes that coping with difficult children’s development autonomy and personalized growth is also their social support needs.Growth initiative and personalized growth are self-dominant characteristics of children’s growth.There have been corresponding attempts and studies in the field of education,which attach importance to treating children and adolescents as subjects of growth,giving play to the function of social support and helping them make decisions for their own growth.Therefore,this study carried out practical case work from the perspective of social support,and summarized a set of service experience methods for the growth of children with difficulties to respond.This study focuses on providing casework services for troubled children based on the perspectives of social support networks,assumptions about people,practical models,assessment of support at individual and community levels,and strategies and contents of social support networks.In each case of practice,to analyze difficulties of children’s personal and community support and to assess efficacy,case referral sources with various support subject reason,growing company needs to show case the concrete step in process,and through the practical case for example,to strengthen social support the operation of the peripheral functions,with strategic company to strengthen the effect of social support,The growth value of enhanced support.Under the theoretical framework of social support network in the later stage of this study,the viewpoints and connotations of the growth companionship of troubled children were gradually formed,and the operation contents of the individual-level strategies were summarized: companionship at important moments,surprise making,image assistance,and companionship in difficulties,and the operation contents of community-level strategies were summarized as follows: Connecting supporters,creating an autonomous platform for Vulnerable children,and mainly supporting daily companionship skills.Relationship,individuals,communities,day-to-day work of the service practice has proved that these strategies and content,is that you can bring trouble child support and accompany feeling,can let them in contact with the support and accompany,more play to initiative growth and development of the personality,the content can be picked up the box,facilitate social worker individual service operation,It also provides a set of localized service experience reference for social workers.
