The high school stage is an important stage in the development of individual career maturity.The level of preparation for the corresponding career choice is what we call career maturity.The investigation and analysis of the career maturity of high school students is conducive to understanding the current status of the career development of high school students.Levels provide empirical evidence for the career education of senior high school students.485 high school students were tested using the Parent Autonomy Support Questionnaire,Teacher Autonomy Support Questionnaire,Personal Growth Initiative Questionnaire,and Middle School Student Career Maturity Questionnaire to examine the autonomy of important others(parents and teachers).The impact of support on the maturity of high school careers and the mediating role of personal growth initiatives are discussed.The results of the study show that:1.The career maturity of high school students and their various factors are at an average level.2.There is no significant difference in the maturity of high school career in gender,single child,household registration,grade,and mother’s education level,but there are significant differences in different selected subjects,whether to serve as a class cadre,and father’s education level.3.There are significant differences in parental independent support in terms of gender;Teacher Autonomy Support in subject selection,whether they are only children,grade,gender,and whether they are class leaders has significant differences;personal growth initiative is in selecting subjects and whether they are class leaders There are significant differences.4.There is a significant positive correlation between parents and teacher autonomy support,personal growth initiative and high school students’ career maturity.5.The autonomy support of parents and teachers has no significant interaction effect on the career maturity of high school students.The initiative of personal growth plays a mediating role between the autonomy support of parents and teachers and the career maturity of high school students...
