Research On The Evaluation Of Growth Ability Of ZG Education Limited Company

The development of the education and training industry can,to a certain extent,promote the development of our economy.The development of education represents the strength of the power of the nation’s rise and the comprehensive influence of the country in the world.With the change of social progress requiring new technical talents,the education and training industry can continuously cultivate the required talents for the country and society in various aspects,which can provide strong vitality and vitality for various national undertakings.Natural and material resources will eventually be exhausted,but human resources can be inexhaustible,further verifying the importance of talent for the country and society,which also fully demonstrates the strategic development prospects of listed companies in education and training.Based on the current status of domestic and international research,the meaning of growth capability,the analysis of factors influencing growth capability,the evaluation method of growth capability and related theories,ZG Education Limited Company was selected as the research object.Firstly,we introduced the basic profile of ZG Education Limited Company and the current situation of its growth capability.After that,the factors influencing the growth capability of ZG Education Limited Company and the selection principles are combined to determine the evaluation indexes of its growth capability from both financial and non-financial perspectives,and 50 listed companies in the education industry are selected to build a growth capability evaluation model through factor analysis to obtain the score and ranking of ZG company’s growth capability,and then the evaluation results of ZG company’s growth capability are analyzed.In response to the evaluation results,the problems exposed by ZG Education Limited Company were identified in five aspects: solvency,profitability,operating capacity,development potential and innovation capacity.The problems include lack of operating capacity,poor management,insufficient debt servicing capacity,and lack of innovative talents.Finally,effective countermeasures are proposed to improve the growth capability of ZG Education Limited Company based on the existing problems,including five aspects of reducing operational risks,optimizing capital structure,consolidating competitive advantages,reducing costs and increasing innovation investment.The study of the thesis helps the company to understand the trend of the development of the education industry,to understand its own development,to formulate scientific development strategies,and to lay the foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.It can also bring some reference to the stakeholders and investors of the company as well as the listed companies in the same industry of education.
