Junior high school physics teaching related activities are completed under the guidance of junior high school physics teachers.T The quality of junior middle school physics teachers standing on the platform determines the quality of the whole education and teaching activities.Without the support of high quality physics teachers in junior middle school,it is impossible to improve the scientific literacy and core literacy of junior middle school students in an allround way.These all reveal the significance of the growth of young physics teachers.The 10 th Article in the document Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Construction of Teachers in the New Era issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council states that it is necessary to improve the level and quality of teacher training,carry out training for all teachers in primary and secondary schools,and promote lifelong learning and professional development of teachers so as to effectively improve the teaching ability of teachers.Therefore,how to train young teachers quickly and effectively has become an important subject for research in various schools and regions.This essay first introduces the background of the topic and the significance of teacher training to all sectors of society in the introduction.In the second part,the research results of teachergrowth-stage theory at home and abroad are mainly introduced,According to the needs of the development of junior middle school physics teachers,the growth of junior middle school physics teachers is divided into four stages: adaptation period,growth period,burnout period and breakthrough maturity period.It focuses on analyzing the characteristics of junior high school physics teachers' teaching ability,psychological changes and professional beliefs in each stage,as well as the support and assistance most needed in each stage,which provide support for the fifth part of junior high school physics teachers' learning path and teacher training.In the fourth part,in order to pinpoint the source of the problem that the effect of current teacher training is insignificant,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of individual junior high school physics teachers' and the training itself.The fifth part is the part that needs to be highlighted,In the past,experts and scholars have done more theoretical analysis on the professional growth of junior middle school physics teachers.In the research of growth path,they have analyzed and explained that they should provide external environment support for junior middle school physics teachers,and rarely mentioned the impact of junior middle school physics teachers on their own professional development.With the development of the society,the external environment gap of junior high school physics teachers' professional development is constantly narrowing and optimizing,and the learning resources are more accessible.As a result,internal factors of individual junior high school physics teachers become more important than the external environment.This essay,standing on the perspective of individual junior middle school physics teacher,analyzes the direction of efforts at different stages and effective ways to promote professional growth by interviewing junior middle school physics teacher teachers and outstanding junior physics teachers,combining survey questionnaires and observational studies since teaching.It can be a reference for young teachers who want to make a difference in teaching and for normal students who are about to start their teaching.At the same time,it also analyzes the external support needed for teacher growth.Hopefully,it can provide a reference for those who are exploring effective Junior middle school physics teacher training.
