The Evaluation And Analysis Of Chinese Sports Listed Company Growth

Based on consulting the articles and theories of enterprise growth,this paper collected the data of Chinese sports listed companies from 2010 to 2018.According to the theory of financial management,the author selected several financial indices which could reflected the condition of company’s business comprehensively to set up an evaluation system.Aiming to discover the latent variables that affected company’s growth more profoundly,the author put the evaluation into explore factor analysis and searched suitable observational variables which could replace latent variables to compute growth scores.Then,the author analyzed the distribution of growth scores and the companies’ business condition to find out the main influence factors.On the basis of analysis,the author discussed the mechanism of external contributors by the view of financial constraint.In the end,the author combined all conclusions and make a suggestion to managers and policy makers.The search has revealed that there is a significant diversity of growth between Chinese listed sports companies but this isn’t associate with company’s block and major businesses.The primary reason between them is the long-term performance,largely depending on the ability of management and innovation.Besides,there is a decline in input-output ratio with the expansion of firm size and retained income is benefit to enterprise growth,but liquidity should be taken into consideration firstly.Financial constraint will influence the behavior of management which will have an undesirable effect on innovation capacity and prejudice company’s growth.To improve the ability of growth,the company should attach importance to cost management,enhance the management level,accumulate manpower resources but avoid high leverage operation.The government should strengthen the publicity of sports industry and policies should be enacted to support the stabilization of cash flow for sports companies.
