In recent years,the new coronavirus COVID-19 has spread all over the world.At the same time,with the introduction of the “double reduction” policy,China ’ s education industry has entered the lowest stage of development.If the education industry maintained its competitiveness in peer competition,the most simple and effective method is to optimize the performance evaluation system.This paper will take A company as the research object,which provides education consulting and cross-border e-commerce training for small and medium-sized enterprises.On the basis of its existing performance evaluation system,the key performance indicators method(KPI)is used to optimize the performance evaluation system.This study is based on the operating status of Company A,by reading and understanding the optimization theory of performance evaluation,it is found that there are problems in the current performance management system of Company A,such as the lack of performance management links,and the lack of feedback and communication links of performance evaluation results.These problems have seriously affected the realization of strategic objectives.This study first takes the key performance indicator(KPI)as the ptimization strategy to optimize the current performance management evaluation system.Secondly,according to the established strategic objectives of company A,the key performance indicators are decomposed and analyzed,the key performance indicators at the enterprise level,department level and employee level are decomposed by fishbone diagram.The weight of performance evaluation at all levels is determined by assignment method and decision matrix method,and the performance management system for sustainable improvement is constructed.Then,the feasibility of the implementation of the performance management evaluation system is analyzed.Finally,in order to ensure that optimized performance management evaluation system can run effectively,the establishment of performance management committee,clear responsibility of performance managers,improve performance appraisal training are put forward.In this study,key performance indicators(KPI)as the optimization strategy to design and optimize the performance management evaluation system,the enterprise strategic objectives are decomposed into quantifiable business performance indicators and employee performance indicators.The research methods adopted in this study can provide reference for the optimization of performance management system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
