With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standard is improving day by day,for parents,children’s education is more and more attention by parents,parents hope that their children can be successful,do not want to let their children lose at the starting line,in addition to let their children in the school normal study,but also to sign up for after-school remedial classes.However,after-school remedial class brand diversity,teachers,parents of lecturer extracurricular counselling agencies and departments of the demand is higher and higher,for counselling organization of lecturer,students in the face of different base,both to meet the requirements of the parents,improve the child’s grades,live up to the parents of every cent,and constantly improve the level of their teaching ability,combined with extracurricular counselling organization the appraisal of lecturer,institutions lecturer pressure is bigger and bigger,and the corresponding incentive mechanisms such as couldn’t keep up with,so extracurricular counselling organization frequent lecturer job-hopping,even the phenomenon of long-term lack of meet a lecturer.For extracurricular tutoring agencies,in addition to the strength and changes of other competitive institutions outside the organization,more attention should be paid to the corresponding internal performance of the organization,whether the reward mechanism is sound,whether the assessment is targeted,not only to recruit people,but also to retain people and other issues related to performance management.YXJY extracurricular tutoring agency used to have a certain competitive position and influence in the local private education,but at present,the tutoring agency has suffered a serious loss of lecturers in various subjects,and there are still some problems in performance system,which urgently needs a set of programs conforming to the performance system of the tutoring agency to solve.In combination with the above problems,this paper redesigns the teacher performance system by focusing on the problems in the performance management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions.From the perspective of performance management,this paper helps the after-school tutoring agency to understand the internal performance management environment and problems,and has practical guiding significance for improving the internal performance management of the agency.
