Performance management is an important modular of human resource management.As an independent and general system,it is of great significance to the development of enterprises.On the one hand,the success of the performance management system directly relates to the effectiveness of the performance management system,on the other hand,it is directly related to the design of internal indicators of the performance system.Therefore,whether it is the importance of theoretical development or the necessity of enterprise reform,enterprise performance evaluation has not only been a means of evaluating the effectiveness of employees,but also developed into an institutional arrangement to avoid the enterprise performance evaluation made the "take-it-ism" mistake,the specific implementation failed.Considering the human resource status,business types and problems of enterprises,it is impossible to adapt to local conditions.Based on this,in this paper,on the basis of the actual performance management situation of ChinaStar Limited for International Economic&Technical Cooperation,combined with the performance management theory,explores the performance management system and operational aspects of many problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems,and then combined with the corresponding causes of the corresponding optimization recommendations and implementation measures,according to local conditions.Establish an effective performance evaluation system for ChinaStar Limited for International Economic&Technical Cooperation,so as to actively contribute to the rapid development of ChinaStar Limited for International Economic&Technical Cooperation with "performance management" as the focus.The first chapter is the introduction.Starting from the importance of enterprise performance management in modern enterprise management,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and innovative points of the article.The second chapter is the related theory of performance management,and introduces the related theory of performance management.Starting from the concept of performance,this part introduces the concept of performance management,the process of performance management and the methods of performance management respectively.The third chapter is the current situation of performance management,which mainly introduces the current situation of staff management of ChinaStar Limited for International Economic&Technical Cooperation,covering the general situation of the company,the current situation of business operation,the organizational structure,and human resources.The resource age structure,working life structure and educational background structure are emphatically analyzed.The fourth chapter is about the causes of performance management problems,and the problems and causes of performance management in ChinaStar Company are analyzed.Including the problems of performance communication,performance feedback and performance counseling,and analyzing the causes of performance management problems to provide a basis for performance management optimization;Chapter V is performance management optimization,based on performance management issues,based on the actual needs of ChinaStar Limited for International Economic&Technical Cooperation,grasp performance management.The management system optimizes the general process and basic work.Suggestions are made on the performance optimization system of Star Limited for International Economic&Technical Cooperation from six aspects:performance plan optimization,performance appraisal optimization,performance feedback optimization,performance application optimization and performance system guarantee.
