The coming of globalization has fostered a growing competition among companies. In order to expand market share, maintain a sustainable development, performance management has become a hot spot in the modern enterprise management.This paper is based on working experience, interview and research with responsible stuffs in G Company, aiming to identify problems existing in the instructors’ performance management system and to propose optimizations. In the optimization of the performance management system, the author firstly scales a strategic map according to the corporate strategy, gradually designs the KPI of company, academic department and instructor by adopting KPI, BSC and related tools. Then provide a thorough grounding through the optimized training system, related policy and process, two-way communication etc. from instructor’s aspect. Thus, a closed-cycle is made among planning, implementing, evaluating and feedback in order to reach the instructor system optimization, management level improvement and competitive advantages. |
