Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,the importance of human resource management in enterprise management is more and more prominent.The construction of a set of practical,efficient and applicable performance management system is the focus among human resource management.Starting from the industry background of company Y,using the related theories of employee performance management,taking the implementation status of company Y’s employee performance management system as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current employee performance management system of company Y,through questionnaire survey and field interview.Analyzing the internal environment of the company,the causes of these problems are summarized,such as the lack of communication between the company and employees at all levels in the development of the performance plan,and the stuff did not fully understand the relationship between the performance management and their own work,the lack of prefessional and systematic training and coaching on performance management,the final result of the implementation of stuff performance management system is not ideal.This paper applies the closed-loop concept of performance management system,puts forward the improvement measures of the stuff performance management system of company Y from the aspects of specifying performance plan,constructing the scientific evaluation index system,perfecting the performance evaluation,strenthening the performance guidence and communication,completing the performance feedback efficiently and using the evaluation results correctly.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of performance management system,which includes strenghthening performance training,organizational leadership system,information management and cultivating high-performance corporate culture.This study not only helps to improve the company Y’s employee performance management and the overall management level,improve the ability of company’s management and the market competition,but also have the referential value in the whole industry.
