With economic globalization and the spread of awareness of market economy, new management concepts are being gradually applied to the forefront of innovation management system. As for education reform, school management is also facing new challenges, and how the advanced management concepts and scientific management system applied to the school management, not only to protect the rights of educators, but also to achieve long-term development of the school goals.How to improve the quality of education and train more talents to meet the requirements of the times is not only need a high professional skills and knowledge of the team, but also schools an effectively manage the team so as to promote scientific capacity of the group's biggest play.This paper is trying to study and design the performance management of school. This paper combined the balanced score card with the key performance indicators from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative to design the five aspects of performance management system of NY secondary school, the aspects contains performance goals, performance communication, performance data collection, implementation of performance appraisal, performance feedback and the application of performance management. In the part of designing of indicators, we use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight. The re-designed performance management system can not only improve the working ability of the school faculty, but also to achieve the school's strategic objectives.
