With the continuous development of society,in recent years,the establishment of private educational institutions has emerged one after another.Facing such a competitive environment,AS the main role in creating profits,talents have become a major resource for major companies to compete for.Therefore,the management of talents is also an important task that enterprises must study in depth.In modern enterprises,performance appraisal plays an important role in human resource management,and it is also an important link to promote the connection between enterprises and employees.A set of effective corporate performance appraisal It plays an important role in attracting talents and stimulating their initiative,and it can also increase employees sense of belonging and satisfaction with the company,thereby creating more value for the company and enhancing its competitiveness.Based on education and training industry,this article takes XQ educational institutions as an example,and conducts in-depth research based on performance appraisal related theories and cases,uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to find out the problems existing in the performance appraisal of XQ educational institutions’ teacher positions,and discovers the current design and assessment weights of the assessment indicators Unreasonable allocation,short evaluation period,insufficient application of evaluation results,lack of effective communication in the evaluation process.In view of the problems mentioned above,the optimization scheme is designed.The selection of key performance evaluation indicators for teacher posts is based on the KPI method,and the weights are allocated according to the expert scoring method.In addition,the evaluation cycle,complaint and feedback mechanism,and the use of the final evaluation results are optimized according to the actual situation of the institution.Proposed safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system.At the end of this article,the optimization design plan is summarized,the shortcomings are pointed out,and the future research prospects are put forward.It is hoped that this optimized design can not only improve the performance appraisal system of XQ educational institutions,but also offer a lot of reference to other enterprises in the area. |
